My husband was a loyal customer of Massey Services for about 15 years. Although they were once responsive in monitoring the lawn to alert for issues and take corrective actions, that service deteriorated over the years. The service went from talking to us in person, to notes on the door, to emails sent sporadically then to no communication at all. Massey replaced our tiny front lawn about 5 years after it died under their watch. Its happened once again this year summer of 2023. They should be ashamed that they put their Massey service sign in my yard proclaiming they do the service while the yard slowly withered and died over the course of 4 months from Cinch bugs. I may have been distracted because my husband passed away, but they have no excuse for their inattentiveness any poor quality work. I may have misunderstood what service they are supposed to provide, but I believe insect control counts. Since I finally notified them of their poor service they sent a service manager out who saw it, left and then actively decided not to return my calls. Further calls to Massey are met with a response of - its not their problem and they want nothing to do with me. I'm sorry but why did I hire a lawn service company if not to service my lawn and take responsibility to properly monitor it?

Mike Walters always calls a day ahead of time to confirm his arrival. He always shows up on time and is always eager to check on my lawn and prepares for what he feels it needs. He always takes the time to explain what the condition of the lawn currently is and explains what he will be doing to guarantee the lawn stays healthy. Mike has been taking care of my lawn for the last two years and it has never looked better. Thank you for always doing a great job Mike and the whole Massey company for the professional service

A few years ago this Massey service brought back my bushes from a caterpillar invasion.they were just sticks and they came back beautifully with Massey's help. The excessive heat has been hard on them and my plants and I'm hoping they can do another amazing job. What I didn't like about the first service was I was home and unaware that the Massey service man was there. I was unaware until the next day when I got a service report.

John Abrams was my irrigation technician and he did a great job. Took the time to help me get my irrigation as close to perfect as we could even in the August heat. If I need irrigation help in the future I’ll be requesting hus help. Thanks John!

Irrigation service was excellent. While it took far too long to get on their schedule. The service representative who took care of the service was kind and thorough. Repaired, explained, adjusted and thanked. Very well done Massey.

Many thanks and gratitude to Herb, Dale, John, and Deondre. They are team players. They all worked together. Everything worked out beautifully. I’m very pleased with the final results. The job included repairing the irrigation system, as well as, removing and replacing sod. It took extensive and tedious planning and entailed a lot of time for them to bring it all together. It turned out perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with these gentlemen. Massey should be very proud.

My lawn is a mess! This has been going on for several years. At first I was totally ignored and the past couple months I have gotten their attention, but everybody tells me something different
I really like the last visit, " you will have to pull all the weeds by hand because our spray won't kill them "! I am 77 years old. I can't check most of the boxes below because weed control and lawn pest control don't seem to be performed!

A few weeks ago, an inspector from the water company found a leak in the backflow inlet pipe. I asked him if the city would fix this or if I had to do it myself. He said he wasn't sure and that I should call the water department.
I called later in the week and the lady at the water company said she hadn't received the inspector's report so she didn't know if the city would fix the issue, and to call back the following week.
I called the following week and the lady said she still hadn't received the report so she still didn't know if the city would fix the issue.

I called Massey, told them about the issue, they said the next available appointment was the following Monday, which was fine.
The tech came out, found a broken elbow pipe and fixed it. Then he came out the next day and tested the irrigation system to make sure the fixed pipe worked. (It did.)

So after getting nowhere with the water company, Massey fixed the pipe immediately.
