We currently just hired them after Thanksgiving, paid almost $300 for start up, they are suppose to come every 10 days to spray home & spray the outside of the home (they haven’t even done that yet). They showed up the first day like they were suppose to but every 14 days we have to call and remind them to come back. The last time they showed up the tech said he would have to continue to come back every 10 days because it hasn’t gotten better.if he would show up like he’s suppose to there wouldn’t be any roaches in the home! When I call to ask why he hasn’t come back, they always have an excuse that the computers are down or they have to speak to someone in scheduling. So here I am reminding someone todo their job every 14 days! I’m calling today to cancel and hopefully get some of my money back to find a better service.

Massey has turned our yard into a beautiful one. They always show up when they say they will.

I've had their service for several years. Recently canceled due to poor and worsening service. Technicians would show up unannounced routinely, would get short and snarky responses from the office staff, several no show appointments, technicians forgetting their equipment, and fear-mongering when I attempted to cancel my service. I could go on: (. Overall very poor showing from a national company that you would think their name stands for something. Definitely not here. Went to a more local "mom and pop" company and couldn't be happier.

This company ripped me off broke my sprinklers and this was with a money-back guarantee which they also denied. They did give me a partial refund. Couple years later I decided to give them another chance and damn if they didn't get me again. I would never use this company again.

Hired them to repair my sprinkler system. Did not finish the original job and billed me for it. Payed in advance for some additional work. Scheduled a date. No tech and no call. Need to find a new company.
