Massey Services Pest Control, Palm Coast FL

They had to come spray before our new patio was put in[palm coast requires for termites]. It was 25 feet long and about 2 inches out. 125.00 seemed expensive for maybe 5 minutes. The service guy was very polite. 2 stars because of price.

We have been customers with them since 2014. We have had numerous techs do our quarterly. We haven't seen our tech in awhile since last year when they put a note for us. Tech that came out today because we've seen ants said your quarterly was just done 1/13. I work from home and never seen anyone. I told the tech.looked on our cameras and no tech. Called the office to have them do the quarterly and they refused. Needless to say we canceled as the manager was not very helpful.

For the money I pay my lawn just doesn't improve. Theyre nice enough and come out whenever I ask, but if u see bare and dead spots in my lawn, why do I have to call u back to address it? The salesman definitely talk a good game and make you feel like this is a small company different from the national chains. I LEFT trugeen for these guys but honestly they did a better job. My lawn was always green with them. Maybe they will see this and address it. I will update if they do

UPDATE- After this review Massey Mgmt reached out, the localv GM Anthony came out and did an inspection and soil tsst. He then had a tech treat my lawn a few days later to address the issues he found. I am very impressed how they reached so quickly. I changed to 4 stars and if the changes are effective undoubtedly will be 5 stars.

If can mark 1/2 star, it's all what company earns. Very poor service. The staff is promise a lot before sigh contract, we had Zoysia grass front and back. On back yard now grass did growing it all, only weeds. On the front 25% St. Augustine kill rest Zoysia grass. In 04/21/2020 Nic. (short name) was on the property. He saying " Don't worry we will take care you lawn, we spaying to kill St. Augustine first and after rest. " Also he said in 21 days (05/15/2020) we will be recheck lawn. Today is 05/20/2020 nothing change St. Augustine growing and weed on back yard growing also.

Have been with Massey for less than a year, since the home we bought had a contract with them. Since the first time they’ve been out, I’ve requested phone calls prior to the day they would be coming since I have outdoor animals, which it even says on their receipts not to have animals contact within 30 minutes of applying. 3 out of 4 times, they have not contacted me when they would be coming out and have complete disregard for my request so I can be sure to have my animals safely put away. Received a phone call from Randy, the manager, with such ignorance that I would be so wrong to ask that of them. Would not recommend their work, but their receptionist has always been kind to me everytime I called and reiterating the fact there was an alert on my account to contact me prior to services.

Best pest and termite company in the business. The only company i trust protecting my home from bugs and termites. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. All techs and staff are friendly and pleasant.

Massey is always very thorough with their services. I had wasps around my bushes and some spiders in my garage. They came and sprayed then wiped down the webs and mud pods. Everything is gone now and if I see anything I just call and they take care of it. Thank you.
