The only problem I have with Massey is my lawn care guy. He never gets rid of the weeds. I always have to call and it's always the same complaint.

I have been using Massey Services for almost two years. I am very happy with their service. Whenever I call them for an issue, they respond really fast and always solve my issue. They cooperate with their customers' needs really well and they are very organized. Before I switched to Massey I was using another pest control in this area, I have to say that when you have the comparison you know which one is the best for you. I would highly recommend them for your pest control.

We have used Massey Services twice (once in 2018 and once in 2021) to combat a flea problem due to all the feral cats in the area. Both times they delivered on their promise to eliminate fleas (in a timely fashion no less) in both the yard and in the house. Fred, our exterminator in both instances, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. This is in stark contrast to our experience with Orkin, whose technician and sales rep were conflicted on what methods needed to be implemented to treat the fleas. As a result, the fleas persisted for over a month with Orkin, and the Orkin technicians had to come back to the house six separate times to treat. Massey had the problem solved within the first 1-3 days.

Made an appointment for our initial service. After they were more than 20 minutes late I called in. They apparently forgot to put me on the schedule. Now they are saying that they will try to reach the tech, and see when he can make it. Also, tried to make it our fault because we changed the date. If your company can't handle a schedule change, you may want to take a closer look at your employees, not your customers.

Best practices followed explicitly by the highly trained technicians. Actually treat your house for all termites and guarantee it. Unlike Terminix who treats once you have termites. Never been dissatisfied with Massey since 2013.

DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you like paying for things you dont want. I asked the tech after my last treatment to cancel the services and they never did.

Instead they came out anyways and still charged me 56 bucks. Also REFUSING to refund my money for a service I requested to be stopped.

All of this after using them for 6 months with absolutely no change in my lawn

I've used Massey Services ever since I moved here in 1996. For the past 6- 7 years, Dominick Primerano has been our service technician. He is friendly, courteous, and efficient. Dominick is responsible for me placing Massey Services at the top of the list whenever thinking of punctual, high quality, and great service. My hat is off to Dominick and Massey.
