I had my normal monthly service with Gabriel and I asked him to look inside due to sugar ants? Wasn’t sure what they were but found out. He spend so much time watching their patterns, logic, and baited in special locations to get rid of them and today I see so much less, Thank you Gabriel for such an outstanding job, nice conversation and just an all around pleasant and respectful young man. Merry Christmas and a great job Massey for having Gabriel employed with you.

A gentleman named Gabriel Rivera comes and inspects my home. He does a phenomenal job of being knowledgeable about his craft. I absolutely adore him as an individual. A company is a company, but the caliber of people who work there are what makes them great.

Had Massey for three years the result is dead St. Augustine grass in my back yard after one year of telling Massey the lawn continues to decline. Was told by Massey that a tech would come out last week and look at my lawn. When the tech stopped by he walked down the sidewalk looked at my lawn without even stepping on to the grass or bending over and touching a blade of grass and told me the down spout was killing my grass. My neighbor has the same down spout and DOES NOT have a lawn treatment service and DOES NOT have the same problem. Tech #2 came out today 10/09/23 and told me a different story. Tech #2, Randall Clark told me the lawn mower that cuts my grass once a week is killing my grass. Once again I pointed out that the same landscaper who cuts my grass cuts everyones grass in the neighborhood and their grass was not dead and they do not pay for a lawn service. His sarcastic response was "It's not my opinion its the University of Floridas opinion". That comment resulted in me canceling the service with Massey and hiring TRUGREEN lawn services who was happy to take the business from Massey and provide 11 services per year versus Massey's 6 services per year for the same price. If you're getting sarcastic excuses instead of results call TruGreen.

Kevin is really professional and very sweet. He knows what he’s doing and always does a great job. I give him a 5 star rating.

I would totally, Recommend ANY other pest or lawn care service. Very unprofessional. Your better off buying a bag of Bonus S and treating your lawn yourself. Then giving any money to these people. They dont honor anything they say, Oh and if your plants or trees die they will just cancel your subscription, If your reading this. You have been WARNED! Do it yourself or a smaller company like Luv a lawn that brings value.

Justin is super nice, And enjoyed his company. But he should start his own company and leave those idiots behind.

I met a service rep by the name of Gabriel. This gentleman was phenomenal. He was so detailed in every thing he did the front the back the attic unbelievable I have never in my life had the service like that rendered to me before what a valued individual. Thank you so much Massey. Thank you, Gabriel.

After being a client for 10+ years my lawn was eaten by cinch bugs, when I reached out to Massey to voice my concerns they wanted me to pay $440 dollars to repair my lawn. After terminating services on a Tuesday, the following Thursday they sprayed my lawn. They then proceeded to send me an invoice in the mail for bi- monthly service after I had canceled my services. A picture is worth a thousand word.

Justin Beck is my rep. He did an amazing job. Set traps in the house and identified an issue in the attic. Went into attic laid granular. Spent time in the house and yard. Outstanding customer service. Would recommend Massey and him to anyone!

Justin was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me peace of mind when I was experiencing a cockroach problem in my master bath. He went above and beyond to correct the issue. He's so awesome. And super kind and considerate, too!

My Massey Lawn Maintenance technician, Blake Clark, is a highly motivated employee that takes pride in his work…when he looks back after treating my lawn he can be proud of how great my lawn looks because of his care! He is the best representative I have had since Michael. Blake and Michael have been the most professional representatives over the 20+ years that I have had my lawn service. Blake Clark is a valuable asset to Massey!

We just built a new home and moved in. In the process we discovered muliple red ant mounds and I am severely allergic. Justin was Fantastic. He was very professional and very concerned regarding my allergies and my health He treated everything inside and outside. I'm so happy he will be our service tech. The tech was on time and very friendly. Inspected the home and told me areas that I needed to fix around the doors to keep pests from making their way in my home.
