Massey Services Pest Prevention, St. Augustine FL

We hired Massey for lawn care. One of their works was caught on our camera urinating in the middle of the road. He then hid in his truck for 2 hours in front of our home. We notified them and the supervisor came out. The employee was reprimanded, but not terminated. We demanded that this employee never come to our home again. Last week, my husband came home early and the employee was at our home. I have called numerous times and no one will respond. If I could give them a 0 star I would. BEWARE!

I would also give them 0 stars off possible. My lawn looks like hell. Left lots of messages for many people. No returned calls. These guys are great to take your money then good luck finding them.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Please save yourself time and go with another company. Terrible customer service, extremely unorganized, not sure if they actually even do anything to prevent bugs and when you try to cancel your service you will get the runaround.

I have never met such a non-accomodating demeanor as I have with the lady by the name of Amy. It is almost like she specializes in turning customers away. I used them for my business and when I attempted to use them for my residence the experience led me to run and hide as far away as I could from Massey Services. Try Kingfish, they seem much more client oriented.

Horrible customer service and trying to get someone to get back to you about a refund was nearly and possible and they were very rude! Had Massey for over 5 years and today was the last time they’ll ever have my buisness.

Terrible customer service. Technician showed up two hours late each time and did not even call to tell us he was going to be late.

This company will not return your call. I am still waiting after five attempts. Your concerns are not theirs.

I had them when I lived in palm coast, and they were always awesome and very concerned about my grass. I moved to Nocatee in February and hired them in April.they have yet to fix the ph problem in my yard (they tested it the first time they came out 6weeks ago) and the Initial treatment has yet to happen. The tech came and spot treated some weeds, staying according to his own work slip a total of 4 mins. What a disappointment, my grass is dying! Stay away! Buyer beware!

I had Massey for several years at my previous address and was always happy with the service and the staff. I moved 3 miles away and the lawn service has been terrible. I called and made numerous complaints. When I called to cancel the lawn service a local "manager" came to my property, and gave me a line. 2 weeks after I cancelled my service I got a call at 930pm to inform me they'd be out to treat my shrubs? Clearly they've had a management change in St. Augustine and not for the better. I don't know what happened but I've switched companies for lawn service and kept my pest control and termite control with Massey for now, but they're on very thin ice. I cannot recommend Massey.

Customer service is horrible! They have done nothing to maintain my lawn! Called to cancel service and was NOT offered anything to change my mind! Should have read the reviews before hand! STAY AWAY!

Very poor customer service. We were blown off several times when we were told they would return our call and show up for service. It's funny the day the contractor showed up to do the the repair i received a call from massey saying it was completed. Later that afternoon the contractor called me asking.for my address i said that's funny I was told the repair had already been completed that morning. Please just be honest next time stay away from massey all they want is your money. A week and half to get a repair fixed!

We are very frustrated with this company,
We use to have 3 account with them,
And when we complain about the bad services,
They want to charge more to fixed what they did, and when we call to cancel (what we did about 5 times) they ignored ours emails and phone calls!

Please read the reviews from other customers! I couldn't be more dissatisfied with this company.
Good luck getting someone to answer the phone.

Do not use the St Augustine office! I paid $995 and they installed the ground stakes which took (1) week. They were also to spray the trusses and fog the crawlspace. The attic treatment occurred (1) month afterwards due to multiples of calls. The crawlspace was never fogged. The next year I paid $250 for yearly service of possible termite infestation and check the stakes. They did not check the stakes. I knew this by looking at the stakes and seeing no movement of the stakes or disruption with the canisters of the stakes. I called and complained of this. They came out and said that (1) stake needed replacement. After the $250 yearly charge and complaints, I cancelled my (5) year service agreement.

I live right off 207 and their are three Apartments that I am aware of that was sold together
Because they were owned by the same former owners. They, the formal owners were fantastic.
The exterminators we once had for years have been replaced by a cheaper company.
Massey exterminator. I have German roaches so bad, they are actually running me out of my residence.
Many more tenants are aware of the switch just to save money on water downed chemicals.
They crawl on us! YUCK. I THINK ABOUT THE DISEASES THAT THEY CARRY.
I have a very clean house, and NEVER EVER leave food or drinks out. I don't have pets.
I vote our apartment complex terminate their contract

Our apartment hires this company. I was astonished at how rude the man was to me and my children. I would never hire them.
