Let me tell you about this shop. My baby’s radiator was leaking and I needed a few other minor repairs.

One Jeep specialist quoted me $1500+ and said I needed repairs that I don’t need. Other shops were $900+ and had a long wait.

Then, Doug and his team saved us from the fishy quotes and waiting. They looked over my whole Jeep and guess what - sent photos, unlike the Jeep speciality shop who said I needed repairs that Doug’s team didn’t find - (backed with photos this time).

️My baby’s mechanic was a fellow Jeeper so he really understood how important they are to us.

Thanks to these honest, quality guys - I’m back on the road now.probably ducking you.

Had a leaking g power steering pressure hose, after diagnosis the parts were available that evening and the repair was completed before noon the next day. So far no leaks.

I’ve been to many auto shops around the area and this place is by far my favorite. As a woman, I trust them completely and they always call to let me know what is going on and to keep me updated. They care about their customers instead of the money. Definitely the best shop around!

These guys went above and beyond for my vehicle. I came in with several different issues that needed to be addressed. I have a older custom foreign car which is very difficult to work on and they checked every nook and cranny to make sure I was satisfied and that the vehicle was operating to the best of its ability. The guys in the office were super professional every single step of the way and the technicians in the shop pay extreme attention to detail. They have a new program that is worth talking about. When they pulled my truck apart i was sent pictures and an explanation for my review. With this system I would promote sending my daughter or wife. I could review the work from an other state if necessary. Good prices, clean job and nice people!

Thanks John for the great service. We bought new tires at Costco, then had a vibration problem, brought it to Master Auto, they diagnosed bad tires (brand new from Costco) and after Costco's installation the rotors were warped. Master Auto installed new rotors, car's handling perfectly now. Thanks again guys!
P. S. We returned the bad tires to Costco with some resistance.
