I’m one of those silly homeowners that wanted to renovate during Covid. Mastercraft windows and doors kept me posted and told me it would take double the length of time it normally would to get my windows and doors. But once they were there in, the installation was complete it was 100% worth the wait. The crew work together well. They cleaned everything up. And I’m very happy with my new windows and doors. Very professional and friendly. Would use again.

We had a pleasant experience working with Charlie and Gary, co-owners who have operated Master Craft Window and Door since the ‘80’s.
Their installation crew, most have been with them for many years, expertly installed our new PGT 5470 vinyl door wall with a lifetime warranty and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. The price of the door was competitive with other estimates, but with the added experience of the company, made for the decision to go with Master Craft.
This upgrade will enhance our home’s resale value and give us years of enjoyment.

The salesman was difficult to work with and their lack of communication made it extremely difficult to schedule around. The installers were worse than sub par. I received a call that a window they were suppose to be replacing in the same opening was too big and they could not alter it. They did not take responsibility for their miss measure and I had to hire somebody to alter the existing opening a 1/4”. Seemed like something a skilled installer would have had no problem doing. After installation, we noticed several areas were damaged or broken and 2 of the 3 units were very out of plumb which made the trim out look horrible. We will not work with Master craft with future projects.

Had a large sliding door and master bedroom window installed (and the old ones discarded) at our condo on the ocean. Both were hurricane-resistent. Stan and his team were awesome! — Incredibly efficient, very detailed oriented, cleaned up after themselves, great quality product and they take pride in their work.

FAST FORWARD IN TIME: 10 months after installation, the sliding doors’ lock was not locking. (Part-time rental unit). Called Master Craft in St Augustine about the lock and Gary was fantastic! He had someone fix it (needed adjustment) within several days. Awesome customer service!

Wow! What a great job Stan and crew did on my windows. Installed 12 windows and a large sliding door in my second floor condo. Everything went so smoothly and they were done in 3 days. Thanks to Master Craft!

Great company! We ordered three sets of doors from Master Craft and all arrived sooner than expected. When the installers came they were hard working.polite, and professional (they even dusted and vacuumed the rooms before leaving!). We love our new doors and working with Master Craft was a hassle free experience.

I inquired about having two bedroom windows replaced. Storm windows, for a small condo. I was told that the job was too small and they could not help me. Poor customer service. It shouldn't matter how big or small the job is. Since mine would be just two windows they could have it done in one day. Very disappointed. Money hungry.
