Their prices were also very good compared to other quotes we received. Their products were better as well. Our Estimator/Project Manager Michael in particular was fantastic. After consulting with a few pool resurfacing companies we decided to move forward with Masters to replaster and re-tile our pool. Their price was neither the highest nor lowest quoted but I felt comfortable with the process as explained by my salesperson, Michael. He was helpful in answering our questions and took his time to understand my needs. During the process we were given clear expectations about what would happen each day and the workers arrived on time, were professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process was smooth and I think it was under 3 weeks from the time we signed until the job was completed (wow!) Michael handled my type A personality exceptionally well and was patient and kind in helping me design the new pool of my dreams. We had some questions in the after- care process and both Michael and Fernanda helped guide us to ensure the best possible outcome. I cannot thank them enough.

Prior to obtaining a quote from Masters Pool Resurfacing, we met with several other contractors. After spending countless hours looking at reviews and meeting with contractors, we finally pulled the trigger and hired Masters and we are so glad that we did. While they were not the most expensive quote, they also were not the cheapest. However, their quote was very competitive and all of my interactions with them made me feel confident in the decision that we were making. Pam, was an absolute dream to work with! Nick and Fernanda did a great job of scheduling and planning our pool refinishing. They were on time and on task. We wanted it done in a certain time frame and they delivered. We chose a color that Nick had not used before. We had a few issues getting the color even but Nick seemed to have the answers. Our initial impression of the pool was not good. The color was alot darker after the acid wash than what we were led to believe. However, after 4 months of brushing and cleaning our color is starting to come around. I can honestly say that I like the color of the pool now. Did I get used to it or is it the color I wanted will always be the question. The tile looks great and the pool was done well. Fernanda answers emails fast and reliably but she is a gatekeeper for Nick's time and info. I think I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends with pools. I will include some before and after pics to show. His crew was dependable, professional and friendly. They did a great job. One last thing, I can't seem to get my jets to move at all and I would like them to point a little differently. Thanks!

We looked around and compared reviews, Masters came out on top and gave us the best quote to refinish our pool, change out the light for a multicolored light, new ladder and filter system. Right out of the gate Nick communicated all the steps, kept us up to date on where we were, impacts from IAN (which were minimal after the storm passed), and basically ensured we were educated on the process and steps from beginning to end, which was greatly appreciated.
