All the positive reviews here are FAKE! Notice how they mention how “professional” it is? Or how they say to ignore the bad reviews? Of course it should be professional. It’s a doctor’s office. Professionalism should be a basic attribute nobody should be impressed by. I deeply regret every visiting this place.

I did not have a good experience at Maternal Fetal Med, I waited 1 hour and 10 min for my appointment then got feedback on something from my baby to get moved to a room where they wanted to draw blood on something that I had no idea about plus they were wanting me to sign documents that were not explained to me. I did not sign of course and had to ask 2-3 times to get an explanation of what was going to happen next so then the tech finally explained but if I don’t ask they just do whatever they want. It didn’t feel very safe. The doctor is very nice and medical staff is also very nice. Front desk not so much.

Second pregnancy with this specialist. They are great. High risk pregnancy can be a little stressful. Greatful for the service they provide.

Never answer the phone. Just call me to gave me bad news and never answer my calls and I have never couldn't see the results physically.

Rudest office manager or whatever she was. I had a scheduled appointment that I booked with almost a month in advance. I emailed the order from my doctor that had the specific procedures I need to get done. When I arrived to the office on the day of my appointment, a very rude front desk told me that they rescheduled my visit because someone (from their own office) had put me down with a doctor that does not perform the procedure I needed. All of this without even looking at me in the eyes. Then a very rude woman came from inside and started arguing with me about what my OBGYN had or could have said that I misunderstood. All this time, this nasty person did not introduce herself as a credentialed medical professional. She did not say who she was or if she was a nurse, doctor or what. She looked like she hated women. Gave me this very racist look like I was beneath her. Unfortunately, I di not get to meet Dr. Martin who I am sure is nicer than this staff she has representing her brand. My husband and I felt so humiliated and disrespected by these rude women, we just decided to walk out of that place and ask our doctor for a different referral.
I would give them -10. Avoid this place- people with no manners or respect for patients should not be in the medical field.

Great office! Very professional. Our ultrasound tech was amazing! She was very patient when baby was not cooperating. She gave me all the tips to try to get baby in the correct position, even brought me some starburst! I have truly had a great experience with both of my pregnancies at this office. Highly recommend!

I feel very sorry about this place having such a bad office manager, I have been trying to talk to Cristina for a good 3 days, she never picks up the phone, they charged upfront 400 dol for my ultrasound and they also charge this to my insurance, the office manager suppose to return 400 dol.they double charged services and on top of that you have to beg them to return your money.terrible customer service.terrible office ma anger

Excellent experience, all the staff were very professional and the Technician was amazing.

When I arrived to take bloodwork to find out the gender of my baby, I was shocked to find out that I wouldn’t be seen without an ultrasound which would cost me an additional $300. I told the receptionist I just had an ultrasound 3 weeks ago and I was never notified that I would have to pay for an additional ultrasound. She was very cold and just said they were supposed to tell me that. I ended up having to cancel the appointment. Will not be going back.

Very punctual and efficient. Nice staff and doctors. Explained procedure and answered any questions I had.

We were referred to this office by our Midwife. I have nothing but great things to say about them, as we are expecting our first child they made you feel like you weren’t walking into the unknown. Will definitely be going back if needed.

Front desk staff are extremely rude, policy about children should be more specific because one thing is a children a different a minor of 14-17 years old. Basically they kick you out or reschedule your appointment if you bring a minor keep that in mind

Very good experience. I was referred by my obstetrician to this center for an anatomy scan and the specialist who performed it was extremely sweet, kind and patient. My baby didn't want an Ultrasound that day (lol!) and far from being impatient, she was very kind and very professional at all times. The only thing I could comment on is that instead of delivering the ultrasound images on DVD, they could do it on a flash drive or in digital format, since nowadays there are few people who have a DVD player, but besides that, everything was excellent! We did not have to wait much and even though I forgot the referral paper my doctor gave me (mommy brain!) they instructed me on how to get it from my doctor and everything worked fine!

Horrible service from ana vidal, im a pregnant woman trying to set an appointment and have to put up with her bad attitude. Not going to this place! Smh

The office is very professional. There is hardly any waiting time. The front desk staff is welcoming. The ultrasound tech (Elizabeth G) is awesome. She takes her time with you and she explains everything with detail. She lets you ask her any questions or concerns you have about the baby. She is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

The staff and doctors are fine but the wait time is ridiculous and their waiting room is soo full! I didn't even have a seat.
Need to find a new place

Don’t let the reviews steer you away from this clinic! Everyone from the receptionists, nurses, ultrasound tech, and most importantly the doctors were all amazing! I was really skeptical about my first appointment because of the reviews on here but decided to give them a chance. I know from working in healthcare it’s not always sunshine and rainbows. Everyone has tough days. Maybe the negative reviews reflect that. I feel confident knowing my baby and myself are in the right hands during this delicate time in my life.

All the professionals are very friendly and take time to inform you and answer your questions. Very good experience

The technician that took care of my ultrasound was extremely patient and caring. She made me feel super comfortable and never rushed.
