Mathnasium, Kissimmee FL

We joined Mathnasium three months ago and my nephew really likes it. He talks about prizes and how happy he is that he can get a roblox gift card soon. Thank you Adriana and Shuaib for being so patient and understanding. It is a car payment for sure, but so far it is worth it!

Thank you very much for all the help provided. Adriana has been working with my daughter for two years now and we will continue until she finishes high school. Adriana is super professional and even attended my son's meetings with the teacher. She finished her study plan and now continues to reinforce things that she has not even seen in school since she is advanced. The investment was really worth it!

My grandchildren really like attending the center. The manager is very professional and welcoming. I would recommend signing up your children to tutoring

I called this facility and the person that answered said hello like they were at home and it wasn’t a professional business. Then when I asked if it was the business I was looking for she replied yes in the meantime it sounded like there was a big party going on in the background people screaming and talking and yelling hardly a facility that I would want to send my child who is trying to learn. I couldn’t get past the initial phone call, Sounded like the person that answered the phone was home and their living room having a party, Extremely unprofessional especially for the business you vowed to be in

My son improved so much in Math after attending Mathnasium. Adriana and her team were excellent!

My daughter is been there for a year and still don’t understand math, they want your child to go even on vacation and they charge you when you don’t use the service and always come with an excuse by non stop talking, they have 23 reviews but you can read only 13
I have to add more to my review, Yesterday Adriana made public my daughter name and information of her problems with math, information that she had to delete at my request, she continued to give my business false reviews because she is not even I client.
I will be taking care of this and I advise people not to enroll your children in this place that only cares about making money

I'VE HAD TO REVISE THE POST BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO LIE! Mathnasium brought up recordings of initial consultation. I also have recordings backing everything in this review and a whole lot more! When my child went from a B to a C- I had my child start recording sessions to see if they were actually going over anything.
When we initially came in at the end of December I explained in detail my child had a "B" in Math but was currently about 3 weeks behind in current assignments. Math was the only subject my child struggled with so I was looking for more of a tutor. Julia assured me that even though their program was more skills based that it would not be a problem for my child to primarily work on homework and current assignments and if time allowed my child could work on their worksheets. So we signed their contract which I was told would be emailed to me but no physical copy was ever given. After my child took the assessment I came in and met with Adrian (Even though she has told me several times we've never met in person, we have met 3 times in person!) to go over the assessment. She immediately brought up signing up for additional sessions. I told her then maybe we would look at it later but first I wanted to make sure we even liked it there. Adrian agreed that would be okay for him to primarily work on school work until my child was caught up. Less than 3 weeks later Adrian called. She brought up the fact my child was mainly working on his homework and assignments from school and not their worksheets! I was in shock that in less than 3 weeks she had already forgotten everything that we agreed upon! I was livid so I used this opportunity to voice other reason why I didn't think this was a fit for us. I brought up that David "tutor" screams at students constantly. My child would wait almost the whole session to get any help (we were told it was 2-3 kids per tutor, more like 3-5). Adrian assured me that my son would never have to work with David again (he continued to be placed with David several more times) and that my child could come on Fridays. THEY NEVER SET UP ANY PRIVATE SESSIONS FOR US! Friday was suggested by Adrian when I brought up the fact that other Mathnasium locations are open several hours earlier which was more convenient for us. I was told that JoAnn worked every Friday and we had a positive experience with her. Adrian also did bring up the cancellation policy during this conversation but never went into detail. So the next week at the beginning of February, I asked for a copy of the contract we signed since I was never given a physical copy and the email confirmation I received had been deleted. I actually asked 4 different times and was given a different excuse why they couldn't give me a copy four different times. Maybe if I was given a copy after asking I would have known that if we had left that first month I would only been charged $40 but since we tried to stick it out for 5 months I would be charged $200! After leaving my intial post I was immediately contacted by Adrian where she proceeded to continue to mis-state facts and twist the truth. She told me several times we have never had to meet in person. I've met with her 3 times in person and spoke with her twice on the phone. I gave her a chance to tell all her lies and when I tried to respond she continued to speak over me. The complete lack of professionalism, organization, and overall lack of intelligence shines through at this location. BTW my child immediately went back up to a B after leaving Mathnasium and this year nothing but straight A's!

Mathnasium is a great place for children to develop their math skills. Adriana does her best to provide an excellent service and she is both very honest and transparent with the parents. The students genuinely have fun, and the environment provides a great blend for enjoyment and learning.

What a phenomenal service. My twins were so behind in math. They both attended Mathnasium for 16 months and are now excelling in math and on track to join the gifted program.
Stick to the curriculum and have patience. Mathnasium works!
