Mattamy Homes - Manderlie at Tradition, Port St. Lucie FL

Bunch of fake reviews purchased by builder, build quality is HORRENDOUS, warranty department is like pulling teeth, Joanna and fell LIED TO OUR FACES, as soon as construction is complete they have things written into contract they can change site plans at any time IE: add 80 workforce housing apartments at the front of our neighborhood with access to our pool and community amenities AFTER the homes were built left out of any documents or paperwork we were provided upon home purchase

Manderlie is such a great community and I love my house! I have to give praise to the head of the Warranty Department, Brian Price, for helping me out. I had some hiccups, but he reached out to me and worked back and forth to help settle my issues and make things right in a timely manner. He was very responsive and helpful to make sure I was taken care of as a valued customer of Mattamy homes which goes a long way. Thank you Brian and Mattamy homes.

QUALITY, & QUALIFIED!

I love MATTAMY HOMES they are an amazing builder this is my second home and it’s been a great experience.

Our first house Aspen Coastal model was beautifully designed with high-end finishes and our second Shanandoah West Indies model it’s a dream home perfect for my growing family.

Moving to Port St. Lucie from Miami and checking most builders in the area there’s no comparison to Mattamy Homes, upgrades and standards are way better quality than all other builders I’ve visited for the price.

Our first home we chose to go with a smaller model home vs another builder that was offering a bigger square footage because of the exceptional customer service that the team (Katherine, Ronald, Mike) provided.
There efforts to keep us informed with the step by step process and keeping our spirits high through the whole build out process was greatly appreciated.

I signed up for VIP and Ronald called for a tour and next thing you know I was signing to purchase our second property the dreamy Shanandoah model there’s no words for how grateful I am to him and Mattamy homes to have a place I can call home.

If you’re thinking about it let me tell you Mattamy homes IS THE ONE.
