7We have had a wonderful experience with Mattamy Homes. Everyone has been extremely helpful. Starting with Misty when we first purchased our home. She was very supportive during the purchase process. She worked with us every step of the way. We then worked closely with Billy who kept us updated on the progress of the build. He was always available to answer any questions we had. Our home is beautiful and we are very happy. It’s a great community to be in.
This community has a very small motor for the gate, thus every time storms hit, the gate gets messed up. It takes a long time to fix the gate. On top of that, residents have to pay to fix the gate. The gate is a JOKE!
Been a little over a year since closing. Good place to live and very happy with our home.
I moved to this neighborhood 1 year and 4 months ago. I was looking for a quiet place to come home after my busy shifts at work and I found it with Bonavie Cove. From the real estate office staff (Misty) to the construction managers, everyone has been professional, polite, and responsive. I had a couple items including an electrical issue and a dead tree that needed to be replaced and these were addressed by the Mattamy Team (Thanks Misty and Danny!). The villas are approximately 1400 sq ft which is good for a single person, couple with a child, or a retired couple looking to downsize. The interior design is beautiful (though I wish they were still offering some of the optional upgrades). Neighbors here are friendly often waving at each other or stopping for a quick chit chat while walking their pets or going for a walk. There are some who get together to enjoy the pool, invite instructors for group workout/mediation class, participate I a book club. I personally lucked out when I got paired with the best villa mates EVER! I am also grateful to have a lot of awesome other neighbors.
Moved here a few months ago. Problems after problems. Takes forever to get them to come in to fix it. Not really a gated community. Always something wrong with the gate. No one comes and fix anything

The community has many things going for it. The first is the location, low density, near interstate 75, beautiful designed Villas. Price was very attractive and great amenities. Maria my salesperson was excellent. She was very helpful and made the process very smooth and comfortable. I feel I am in great hands and I am looking forward to moving in soon.
