I had taken a bad fall and ER Physician wanted An EENT to see ASAP. I was seen within a week, but on a course of drugs and am feeling nearly 100%.

Just called to try to make a new patient appointment. I asked about costs and they were unwilling to provide any information. Said I needed to have an appointment first before they could give me any more information. Not even a price range! A very poor first impression and a stressful experience for a person dealing with a medical issue.

Your questionnaire was through, your office staff and crew were excellent, and your attention to detail attest to your thoughtful caring.

Disrespectful waste of time.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Clavenna and showed up as requested 15 minutes prior to my appointment to check in. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time with no word from the staff or doctor.
I finally had to reschedule, with another doctor, because Dr. Clavenna was busy. I find this to be very disrespectful and rude to ignore a patient. If I was 30 minutes late to the appointment, I can be sure I would have to pay and reschedule.
Hopefully the next doctor will be more prompt/considerate when I return. It really doesn't take much for someone to inform a patient that their doctor will be delayed and by how much time.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and I’m hoping that what he prescribed will work on my rash!

I wish I could post positive comments on Dr Clavenna but waited 45 minutes after my appointment time and then needed to leave. No updates or apologies during the 45 minute wait.

Good luck with trying to get an follow up appointment.horrible tree phone.you wait on line.they say if no one answers in 10 minutes you can leave a message.horrible follow up service.called today.spoke with staff member who put me on hold for 15 minutes.no one answered.pathetic service. I will definitely seek service elsewhere.
