We accidentally pulled in thinking it was a different store and decided to go in. I was adamant I was getting a specific brand. Well, I am fortunate for this happy accident. John happily greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. I always have many. John answered them easily. He is a consummate professional and is really knowledgeable about SO many aspects of sleep, pain, comfort, and of course mattresses. He is patient and there is ZERO pressure. We ended getting our dream bed for 50% less than other stores! Amazing to walk out knowing we were respected and well taken care of.like family. Great warranty and exchange policies too! I highly recommend him and his store!
