Super nice associate great customer service helped us find the perfect mattress for us and we were in and out in less than an hour

My experience was great I had a price point in mine and they worked with me to get me their without settling for something less than what I wanted, I was able to tryout quite a few mattresses until I was satisfied with the quality I wanted. Sale person was named Josh ask for him if you’re ever in the store. Our bed comes today just one day after purchase I hope it feels and operates like it did in the store.

Angel, my salesman was great. He listened to what I needed and once I tried a few options, we completed the purchase quickly.

I purchased a used mattress, it was supposed to be clean by a company that cleans mattress at hospital, or at least thats what I've been told. The matress came smelling like cigarettes, I called the store and the manager couldn't care less about the time frame of replacing the item. She was telling me there was nothing to be done and I need to wait 2 days sleeping in a smelly mattress. I even had to take my kids out of the room. Imagine that. They offered a discount for the inconvenience, but I'm still waiting for their call. Guess they'll never call yo keep they word. What a shame. The other matress was replaced the following day, that's to the delivery company and their people. Z is nice but im.still waiting for my "discount"

They refuse to give me a replacement or exchange after selling me 2 mattresses that don't work for me. They say it outside of the trail period by a week and they can't do anything for me.ridiculous! First time I let it go and brought another one now im out over 7000 with no solution just pain. Runaway from this place they just want your money and don't care if your out thousands of dollars!

Every sleep expert / employee was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We visited the store four times before making our purchase! We never felt pressured and were encouraged to take as long as we needed to make our buying decision. Angel was our primary expert, but all the employees were helpful.

Caleb did an outstanding job on finding the perfect mattress for me. It was personalized for my needs and Caleb was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend him as your salesperson. Not only this, but he was very honest, helpful and assisted with my personal moving situation to California to get my mattress there from Florida. He gave me the best deal possible! Ask for Caleb!

I definitely recommend this Mattress Firm to absolutely anyone interested in impecable customer service and complete professionalism. I went into the Mattress Firm Clearance Center in Brandon on Brandon Blvd as a return customer looking for Angel. He wasn't in the store, but was available via phone and I worked with him and Cast. Cast was so friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in helping me. He reviewed all of my options and even sent me to the store by Brandon Mall so I could test out a mattress in there. I worked with John while I was there and he was thorough and really knowledgeable. His help confirmed my decision on a Purple Hybrid. I went back to finish my deal with Cast (and Angel via phone). It was quick, just as he told me it would be before I headed over to test out the mattress at the other store. These guys are honestly excellent! I worked with Angel for myself in the past and for friends and because of how well he treated me, I'll never go anywhere else for a mattress! Today, I had the pleasure of working with Angel, Cast and John and I received the phenomenal Mattress Firm experience I have in the past. I was able to close my deal within an hour or less and also picked my mattress up at the warehouse just before they closed. The two gentlemen there were excellent too. They made sure my items were secured in my vehicle and were truly concerned for my safety on my way home. If you want to work with great people who truly care about your sleep needs, there is nowhere else to go. It's a no pressure, comfortable atmosphere with really professional and friendly people.
