Paul made the process easy, and was very knowledgeable about the Tempur-Pedic line that we were most interested in. Within about 20 minutes he helped us decide which mattress and base to go with. Excited for our Tempur-Pedic LuxeBreeze Soft mattress, and Ergo Power Base!

Steve was a great help to us as we purchased two bed setups today. He allowed us all the time we needed and gave us a lot of useful information that helped us with decision making. Would highly recommend.

I had purchased another mattress from a mail order company and it was the most uncomfortable thing ever. They gave me a hard time about returning it too. Then I went to Mattress Firm where I was treated very well by Jeff who respected my budget and had me try several ones. I finally hit my dream bed and went over budget because I just HAD to have it! I met with Jeff and he was very helpful in choosing the right mattress for me. He was not pushy in trying to sell a mattress or the highest priced one.

I have not got my bed yet so I cannot comment on that yet. I went in today.very nice saleman.no pressure.answered all my questions.liked their warranty and they have 120 day try and return if not satisfied.this is the 4th store I went to in deciding which bed I wanted.hope I love it! Price was equal to others I had looked at and free delivery is awesome!

Last March we bought a KING SIZE MATTRESS. It was to be FIRM it was for about 7-8 months, After that it sag and BAD. I had placed a piece of 1/2" plywood on my side. With the time of 7-8 months my side 1 1/4 SAG. The SO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, told me we didn't get the (BOX SPRING) from THEM (MATTRESS FIRM)! OH BT THE WAY I DO NOT WEIGHT OVER 200 LBS. I am 67 years old and have alot of ARTHRITIS. I Sleep on a VERY good a MATTRESS, IT DOES NOT SAG, like the mattress firm one. I WOULD NOT EVER TELL PEOPLE NOT TO BUY FROM (mattress firm). I have to say the Sales Man tried and couldn't get any way either. By the way that was our 3rd or4th PURCHASE, NEVER AGAIN!

They were extremely informed and helpful. I was able to very quickly and easily find exactly what I needed.
