We had purchased a NEW mattress and base from Hubert Infante; however, our mattress arrived as 'PRE-OWNED' and SANITIZED with 'germicide' from an outlet. We inquired about the problem and Hubert insisted that we pay MORE ($1,000) for a brand new mattress to replace the pre-owned one. Slimy business dealing.

Natalia and Margarita have absolutely great customer service. I came in to their store at the time they were going to close, I never realize it until I asked at what time they close since it was late, they simply went above and beyond to explain me all products and making sure I got the best deal.
