Solid place. The guy, Rob I think, knows evreything about mattresses and is great to deal with.

Was at mattress city sales people ignored me after 15 minutes left 1 block down saw Matress Firm walked in and was immediately greeted. The sales lady answered all my questions and was able to buy 2 beds great service.

Easy to do business with, Coree is very knowledgeable and is great to work with. She is one of the best sales people I have ever worked with.

Brandon was very knowledgeable. He did a great job in explaining the differences in mattresses. We are very happy with our purchase.

Scott greeted us and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, we browsed around and tested a couple of mattresses, then we left (I wasn’t ready to commit yet). Then a week later, we drove extra miles just to go back to him to make our purchase. I will recommend him to my neighbors who were also flooded from hurricane Ian.

I went in knowing what I wanted but not the brand. The staff helped me narrow down my choices so I could get the perfect mattress.

Our customer service rep Coree Graham was very pleasant and professional, good customer service skills can be hard to find and Coree definitely has those skills. The price was higher than what we paid for our last bed, we lost ours to hurricane Ian, but we expected that, we just loved our bed.
