I was welcomed by multiple employees when I entered the store.
My salesperson was Mark. He was very knowledgeable and spent several hours telling me about different mattresses and adjustable bases. I knew nothing walking in the store and I ended up buying 2 beds and bases and several accessories.
I was truly amazed that a bed could feel that good. I can’t wait until the beds are delivered. Thank you Mattress Firm!

We looked at high end which was out of our price range. Ark showed one at a better cost

Was our first and only stop needed to purchase a new mattress. Was welcomed as soon as we walked in. Angelyn introduced herself, got our names and off we went. Along our tour we were shown and tried several options based on the information we gave her. Not once were we pressured to buy or rushed to make a decision. I enjoyed the conversation, product knowledge and good old fashioned customer service. Rare to find that these days. This will be our first stop next time we are in the market for a new mattress. Probably, the only stop we will need.

Went to Mattress Firm at Durbin Pavilion after shopping at other stores, and our experience was great. The salesman Mark took the time to address our particular concerns and fully explained the various options. We had a great experience with Mark DeSeriot on 1/27/23 @Matxtress Firm store # 016055 in St John's FL. He took his time explaining the options thoroughly to my 86 yo father who had not bought a mattress in over 20 years. Mark assisted us in trying out many different mattresses and adjustable frames, and his knowledge enabled us to get the best fit for my father at the best possible price. He advised us as to the bedding we would need and gave us some really great deals as well! Bed was delivered in 2 days as promised with excellent delivery experience. Denise was very thorough & professional in helping us choose the right mattress. She asked questions related to our sleep habits & styles to determine the best options for us. We were given three options to try. We found one to suit our needs.

Downsides to the experience, we were given no negotiating room on the price of the mattress. Price was firm. Also, we had to make a commitment to buy before rep would ask manager for lower price. Both of these were negatives for me. I felt as if I were buying a car with the ensuing sales pressure. If I walked away, the price would not be good. I feel I left money on the table.

Angelyn was our sales associate and she did a great job with helping us find which mattresses had the features we were looking for. She showed us options in all price ranges and was not pushy at all either way! She helped us get exactly what we were looking for and we feel like it was at a fair price.

Emily was awesome! She steered me in the right direction to exactly what I was looking for. I am very happy!

In-store experience was good. Professional sleep experts. However, the delivery part sucks. They promised to deliver the mattress on Dec 2. Waited on the specified day. No call from them. Called the office and was notified that It got pushed back to Dec 8. So if I didnt call at all, I will not be informed of this set back. Disappointing.

Ruth is very pleasant to work with. The transaction was fast. I have been to this store several times and have always had a great experience.
