Felt very taken care of at this location. John and then Victoria were amazing. John helped meet our budget a little better and Victoria executed the sale with a smile a few days later. Moving out of state so it was not an easy adventure but I felt Victoria really cared. We have been to a few mattress firms in the last few months but this location kicked butt. Thank you! ️

He did not try to show me the highest priced items in the store. Showed me all ranges that would help me. Helped me find a headboard as well to go with my adjustable bed. I was very hesitant about coming to a mattress store like this because of past experience at other places, but I was very happy with the customer service here. Victoria was wonderful! She didn’t force anything on us and was very friendly. Her and the other associate were both great, especially on Black Friday when things are busy. We left with a new mattress and we’re very satisfied.
