I have rheumatoid arthritis. Sometimes I hurt from the neck down. I knew I needed a bed that was comfortable. My friends bought a bed from Steve at Mattress Town so after checking prices around town I went there. I actually experienced sticker shock while bed shopping around town. Prices at local retailers were astronomical. I went to Mattress Town and found the bed I wanted for several thousand dollars cheaper. I bought a queen adjustable bed with a temperpedic mattress with all the bells and whistles less expensive than what I'd found at local furniture stores. Once I went in zero gravity position lying in one of the beds I fell in love. The one feature I could do without is the massage feature. Steve knows his business. He gave me lots of info and spent a lot of time answering my questions. Two of my friends have bought beds from him and are very happy. His price beat the other retailers in town. Yesterday I took my boyfriend there to look at beds. After some deliberation going from bed to bed he bought a king with temperpedic mattress. He is giddy like a little child excited for his bed to be delivered. Steve offers free delivery and threw in pillows and mattress cover. We will have the bed delivered tomorrow and are delighted. In today’s world, it is VERY uncommon to see impeccable customer service and a company that will “live up to their guarantee”…. However, MattressTown went above and beyond! I am so impressed! Absolutely the best experience with Mattress Town, don't go anywhere else! Not just for a great deal but for outstanding customer service from both Steve and John. My father in law broke his hip and wanted to get a new split king with an adjustable base. I talked with Steve and he set us up with a great deal with an upgraded mattress (Stearns Foster) - way better than any other company offered. But we had to wait because my father in law ended up having to go to the hospital for colon surgery as well. John held the bed for us until we were ready and then delivered it on the weekend because my father in law was coming home on a Monday. John came out to help deliver it himself. He went above and beyond because he said he would hope someone would do that for his family. Thanks to both of you for making a very stressful situation a little easier. And for everybody else, take my advice.don't go anywhere else for your mattress except Mattress Town!
