I Purchased a Premium Stearns and Foster mattress and a few others as well. I tried the Stearns and Foster for about 3 weeks. I could not adjust to it. I had a backache every day. They immediately agreed to change out my Stearns & Foster to another
brand. They delivered another mattress with a full credit for the return. TOP Notch service within 3 days. EXCELLENT

My Salesman, Bryan, was extremely knowledgeable regarding my needs for a firm mattress, etc. I ended up getting the Stearns and Forster Estate mattress. After leaving I did my due diligence, which he encouraged, and compared by going to another store. They happened to be cheaper and being a man of his word he adjusted the price accordingly. Bryan also explain that since I have a back condition, I could possibly get a prescription from my doctor and that would eliminate the tax on my purchase as well. Delivery and removal of my old mattress was included in the price. It also didn’t hurt that Mattress Xperts is right down the block. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
