Just stopped in to see what they had. Customer service was great but nothing really caught my eye this time

Love shopping here! Customer service is ALWAYS top notch! Quality of clothes is top notch! Ladies, if your not shopping here I can tell you that your missing out! They set your changing room up for you, take your things back for you and just cater to you as if your in some high end personal shop in New York.not even kidding! My whole wardrobe is slowly turning into a Maurices store simply because I love the quality and really love the customer service I get as soon as I enter the store!

Let me start with I absolutely hate shopping! So Kathleen helped me and she was like a personal shopper made my mall anxiety calm down help pull all kinds of styles till we found what works. The whole experience was awesome. If I could give more stars I absolutely would!

I've been shopping at Maurice's for almost three years. I love their clothes and service. But this year at Pensacola in the Mall, I bought two pants. On in store and one I had shipped to me. I was informed on how the pants will stretch out throughout the day and to get a smaller size. No. Two months later the only thing that happened to my pants shrunk in length. I'm upset. No I don't wash my clothes in hot water. Or dry in high temperature. I follow the recommendation instructions for washing. Here soon. I'll be taking my pants in, grab the same pair of new pants and hold then up with my pants. This needs to be addressed. $60 each now sits in my closet.

Amazing service! I found a skirt that I liked and the wonderful ladies working helped me with sizing and styling. Amy and Cathryn (or sa 999, I know there are so many ways to spell it) were fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

It's refreshing to see this quality of service. Helpful and smart staff and management.

The options are in a lul, until more dresses are ordered for sale at our local store. Maybe a larger range of short sleeve shirts could be provided for purchase too.

Always amazing customer service. I rarely return anything but had to exchange today. I was treated like a million bucks. They called me by name and also showed me a new item that came in since my last minute. The manager here is fabulous and always on point. Perfect at her job. Thank you so much.

Love this store. I hate that Andalusia and Enterprise locations have both closed because this is the only place I buy jeans from! Vigoss and maurices brands are the best and longest lasting jeans!
