Very professional and knowledgeable staff, waiting for repairs to my truck to be made and will post an update on the outcome. Now I've got my truck back. Had a great experience with a repair on my car. Throughout the process they sent frequent updates on the timeline for completion which was helpful. If you rent through Enterprise, you can drop off the vehicle at Maurice’s and they will handle the return. Great work on the body repair and painting.

Great bodywork. Poor people skills. It’s up to you whether one outweigh the other. I’d love that Geico works with them and that you can pick up a rental at the time that you drop off the car. It bothers me that the doorhandle to the driver doorwas broken during the repair and the mechanic didn’t report it. Thankfully, I brought it to their attention before leaving the shop. They owned the issue and kept the vehicle for repair. Bothered me that the part they used appeared to be used instead of new, the color was not an exact match. This wouldn’t have been an issue if they brought it to our attention. I would’ve accepted it. But it’s concerning that the choice was made without owner input. Finally, the customer service rep released the rental car. While we were still discussing the damage to the doorhandle. Since they were keeping the car an extra day, it took 45 minutes to get the rental back. Again, the bodywork is great. Just be prepared that the customer service needs Improvement.

This places sucks with communication. The girls at the desk are very rude and snotty. They extended the length of repairs without informing you. You call and request an update and they state they will call you back and never call back. Poor communication and rude employees, this place will never get my business again.

I had a new transmission installed and my car now runs better than ever. The service and quality of work and personal service was outstanding. This is a place of business that I definitely trust and recommend for auto repair and maintenance!

Previously used them and spent $2k collectively. Recently they quoted me an estimate of almost $1000 to fix my car again. I couldn’t figure out why my car would be so expensive to fix when it drives just fine. Only needed minor repairs…. Went to another auto shop in Tampa and they charged me $180 to fix my car. Be careful with this place because they will overcharge and make up other issues that aren’t even an issue with your car. Honesty goes a long way.

I was told would take a few weeks for repairs. Sadly, it took over 3 months. Lack of communication and issues. I have loved the automotive repair department, but the body shop lacks is all areas. Would never recommend them: (
