I'm glad I got a chance to go and get some therapies at this office the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

I was in a frightening accident and from the first contact, everyone in this office is exceptionally outstanding! It’s so clean and. They follow all Covid - 19 precautions and their formula is excellent. It’s consistent. I feel safe. Dr Elaine Is a force to be reckoned with. She’s extremely busy and manages her time efficiently! She listens and responds so gently! I’m still a new patient. I would not want to go to any other Chiropractor than Mauricio’s where the stafff is on point and really seem to care! Thanks to you all for being a team and making me feeel secure in my recovery!

Winter Park location: Crowded and cramped waiting area, waited over 45 minutes for my appointment with no updates on how much longer it would be (one other person was there over an hour past appointment time), paperwork filled out online had to be filled out again manually. Poor logistics, poor communications and very poor customer service. When I left (without being seen), the comment was only "Sorry, I don't know why they scheduled so many people at the same time this morning".

Usually All of Dr. Mauricio Offices offer Great Service? I'm still Happy

I had high hopes for this office (Winter Park location) but sadly, was let down. The front desk staff made me feel like I was an annoyance to them, and seemed mad they had to check my insurance etc. I just didn't like the vibes and the appointment started very late. Also- signs IN the office advertising FOR the office spelt the name of THE office wrong.
