I worked here being cross trained in all areas including therapies and physical therapy even though i NEVER received any certifications. I would work Natalias jobs because she was too busy traveling the world rather than working.i was fired because i was pregnant and could no longer work two peoples jobs. They never cleaned the tables after patients even covid. I was even told by Dr Jerrod i could cone back or even use him as reference and it was a LIE.i tried coming back after my pregnancy and was denied and even tried to use him as a reference, LIKE HE said i could, and it never happened. The supervisor Siobhan never helped me or responded to anything i ever sent her because she was so “busy” even though i got this job through a former friend and witnessed not much happened in the billing office at all.

Very welcoming staff and always upbeat and positive! My experience here was comfortable and amazing!

Awesome practice, Dr Callaghan was phenomenal, went from 0% to 100% in a matter of weeks. Office staff was also amazing great attitudes and atmosphere. Overall a great experience, expectations exceeded. Thanks Mauricio Chiropractic Conway. Highly recommend.

Awesome atmosphere! The entire staff made me feel like family. Heather, Jackie, Estefani and Carlene these ladies are very pleasant and upbeat.they played the best music ever! The doctors are the absolute best! When I started therapy my pain level was very high after I completed I'm feeling like my old self again. I strongly recommend going here!

Recently was in a car accident and the staff here at this location were the absolute best! Great service all around from being friendly, positive, knowledgeable and attentive! Huge shoutout to Steph, Heather, Dr. Callaghan, Dr. Wilson and Jackie for being so welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs chiropractic care. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr Callaghan asked the right questions to quickly see where my back issues were and took the time to explain them to me to get them corrected. Overall it’s a great environment and I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Great experience at Mauricio Chiropractic! Staff is nice and attentive. Dr. Callaghan is amazing and extremely passionate about the care she gives her patients. I've been seeing her for probabaly 5-6 years now.

Wow, I could barely get my words out, I had to hang up the phone. Some lady so rudely answered the phone. The only thing I called was to find out if my insurance would cover my visit and with an attitude she rudely responded to me. I don't even want services from here anymore, I'm in severe pain and was just calling for some help and this is how people are treated and talked to. No thank you. I wish I could put zero stars. Whoever runs this office needs to reevaluate there employees answering the phones because they ARE RUDE!

No one is there to answer the phone when they say they are. When you are told a time for an appointment no one is there to open the door.

Dr. Callaghan is the best! I have had brain fog and bad headaches for years and after just a few months of choosing chiropractic care with her, I noticed a huge difference and felt so much better on a daily basis. I have been seeing her now for 5+ years and don't know what I would do without her! Not only do I feel better, she makes the experience very pleasant. She is extremely knowledgeable and she takes the time to make sure you understand too. She is very kind and has a good sense of humor, which makes you feel at ease in the office. It is clear she has a passion for what she does and for helping people! I highly recommend Dr. Callaghan and this office.

I've had a great experience at this office. The staff is nice and the chiropractor is very caring and kind and has gave me great guidance and help. It was my first time seeing a chiropractor she made me feel very safe and comfortable without judging me and addressed my concerns and it has been helping my pain a lot! I've actually gotten back to feeling like a normal person being able to do more physically again and without feeling comfortable I'm not sure I would've tried it but the chiropractor and staff are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend and am glad I opened myself to trying chiropractor because it has helped me physically feel so much better than I was when I came in!:)
