Mavis Tires & Brakes, Jacksonville FL

Went in yesterday with a nail in the tire on one of there premium tires. They fixed it for free, quickly; and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

I had a part that I had already purchased and needed replaced on my vehicle. I checked around several places and Mavis had the best price, plus they got me in and out in under an hour. This is my 2nd experience with this location, and both have been positive.

Just had my 3rd great experience with Mavis. Definitely my go to whenever I need something fixed correctly and quickly on one of my vehicles!

I had came in on a time crunch at 7: 00 pm and them boys took care of me on my oil change. Shoutout to Marcus the boss, and Kaleb for changing my oil.

I used Mavis Tires twice now to put a patch in my tires and both times I had a great experience.

Definitely recommend this shop. Jeff was super! I went to two different tire shops to fix the slow leaking holes in my tire but no one had time and rushed me out their shop. When I pulled into Mavis, Jeff came out and took a look at my tire and said they would fix it for me that day. After fixing the tire, Jeff said it was free of charge. That is excellent customer service! I should have went there in the first place. Now I know. Thank you Jeff!

Ordered 3 tires, when i got there, they only had 1, they told me when i got there they were discontinued but did not call me to inform me of that. Then we ordered 2 more different tires to and when i called to make sure they were there. They didnt have these ones either. Total waste of time.

I had the first appointment of the day for a wheel balancing.after 1.5 hours wait and arriving 30 minutes early they still had not touched my car. When I asked the manager about the car he said that they have two hours to get the job done.and I was next. Evidently I was not that valued as a customer, so i asked for my keys and left. Appointments are not recognized at this store.

They were able to squeeze me right in when I had a flat and patched it quickly. Highly recommend!

Marcus was absolutely amazing! I came in for brake pads and found out my entire rear-end was in really bad shape! He worked with me, explained everything and helped me make sure my family would be safe! This location is THE BEST!

I had a nail in my tire once again. I have used Mavis before because of their
great service. I pulled up and went in they took care of it right away! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I will go back again.hopefully not soon with a nail in my tire LOL Thanks guys!

Great experience getting my tire patched. Didn't have an appointment but dropped the truck off in the morning and got the call to come pick it up around the time they said it would be ready. Because I buy all my tires from Mavis, they didn't charge me for the job but I would have gladly paid the $22 fee.

Amazing service, done very quickly. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was out the door in less than 30 minutes.

Marcus store manger was a blessing I walked in 5mins before close and he didn’t refuse me the store manger on barturm park had a attitude for no reason! Supper lazy shouldn’t be working there 5 star for Marcus
