Mavis tires is the place to go! The whole experience was easy and painless. Dawn helped me on the phone to make my appointment and Jeremy made the in store process very easy. He was so helpful and even let me know what I needed done and I with my car and showed pictures… a life saver! Will definitely be back 10/10

Jeremy was very helpful in our experience from confirming tire placement from when we were driving off, to doing extra diagnostics on the car and informing on extra maintenance that needed to be done on the car. Very friendly gentlemen and got our car done in a short time. Recommend Highly

Got a nail in a tire right by this location. I stopped in extremely frantic and they took care of me right away. 45 minutes later, I was out the door! I still can't believe it. Armando & Jeremy were the absolute best! I'll never go anywhere else now. Not that I'm hoping for more nails in my tires haha but honestly just the sweetest! Thank you so much!

They do have an appointment system but it doesn't work, once they don’t respect that. I scheduled a tire repair for 12 pm and when I came they said I would have to wait almost 2 hours to get the service done. Disrespectful, not reliable at all.

I have visited Mavis for my car care needs for the past few years, and their customer service and technical service have not disappointed me. Today I went in for a routine oil change; Jeremy kindly assisted me when I called to ask about their availability, and Destiny was so pleasant at the front counter when I arrived.

At the time of payment, I asked if I could use an online coupon, and she advised me that she had already applied it to my purchase. I really appreciate her display of courtesy and initiative, and I thank the entire Mavis team for being consistently professional, friendly, and trustworthy.

PREVIOUS ENTRY:
Needing to purchase new tires and brakes, I was very concerned about both the cost and the selection of tires. Even after doing my research, I felt less than confident about my knowledge, but with safety concerns I did not want to delay. Having read good reviews about Mavis, I decided to go there-and I am very happy that I did. Garnet was so approachable and helpful, and he made the whole process surprisingly easy. The work was done in the time it took me to get a bite to eat nearby, and I was soon on the road again. I also thank Sanjay, Marco, Scott, and Frankie, as their friendly attitudes, professionalism, and expertise all contributed to making my car repair such a smooth and positive experience.

These guys are great! Jaguar tried to charge me 3k for back breaks and tires and they came in MUCH less. They have helped us many time. They are friendly, the services affordable and they are fast!

Great service, fast and good prices, went in for one tyre, gave a good deal on a second. Will come back.

I went to Mavis for a new tire & alignment. They did a great job & my car is driving as smooth as when it was new.

I wanted to love them like the reviews pointed me to them - but unfortunately the snake at the register blew that for me. Not sure if he was the manager or not (can say he was Operator 7482 per my invoice). I went in on Sunday, 8/13 to check on getting 4 new tires on my 6 yr old Chevy. The girl at the counter was very helpful, gave me some options and I put down the required $100 deposit because I had to wait a few days for the tires to come in (no problem) and my receipt read "Balance due $584.28". I went in this morning (8/17) as soon as they were opened, a different gentlement found my info and let me know I should be out the door in less than 2 hours. Again, no problem.so far so good. I was offered the "suggested services, such as brake flush, etc" but passed as the cost of the tires was totally unplanned to begin with. When the car was done I was assisted by the other gentlemen (he MAY be Jerry but not sure - someone named Jerry basically told me on the phone yesterday whatever day I showed up they were short handed, so at least setting me up to be disappointed. And, I was!) who told me my total due was somewhere around $680. I pointed out that my invoice sent by email showed my balance due was $584.28 - showed him the email. This would also explain how I have 800 BILLION emails that I never delete yet somehow the ONE I hand another person my phone to read is found - later - in the trash. He asks me if the balance I was given is itemized, while also showing me his monitor with a list of items. I responded by answering truthfully - no, it is NOT itemized, but I do know how to read the words BALANCE DUE. This seemed to bother him. I showed him the receipt for the $100 deposit and he mentioned the girls name and wrote it down (I assume sending me info was a no-no?). After making it clear I wasn't paying a penny more than what I was told was due, he did something with the figures and I thought we were done. I put my credit card into the reader, it read completed and I took my card. This, mind you, was the same card I used there a few days earlier to put the $100 deposit down. As I go to put it away, he asked if it was visa or m/c, I mentioned I think it was Discover, because it was the Car Care Card they even advertise at the counter. He asked me for the card to say he had to run it again because it didn't go through (in spite of it reading it did). At this point I trust him as far as I can throw him. Again, I really really wanted to be happy with this store - I intended to use them in the future for my service appointments. Now, I intend to warn everyone to stay away!

The best customer service experience i’ve had in a long time. Jeremy and Garnet were amazing they treated me like family. I will definitely be back!
