It’s shameful there’s no gym in Lehigh.

Excellent Facility, lots of work out equipment, the Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend everyone get a membership here

They charge me 10.69 to use the gym for 1 day and they wanted 85 for month and i told the lady im in town for a few weeks only but it didn't matter so i went down the st for 20 dollars thats not good business at all

I was a possible new client, and I was attended by a girl but the type with no empathy or intention to sell a service, I asked her about the place and she only mentioned the price, as if I had gone there only to pay, you must put someone who first sells you the service and the advantages of getting the suppoused service and maby if i ask you You must talk about the price.

Moving back home and being away for three years I was excited to return to my home gym (Maxed Out Fitness). Excellent customer service, everyone is friendly and knows your name. The staff here are hard working an make sure to meet the needs of they’re customers. The facility is very well maintained an cleaned. Highly recommend this gym to be your next workout spot. ️

I've been looking for membership prices on every social media platform and their website and cant find anything. That's always a RED FLAG!

I signed up online with my husband's bank card, because he travels for work and is gone for months at time. Then I had someone very rude call me and tell me I couldn't get my key tags without him. I explained the situation and she just got ruder. I'm new here and was trying to do something to make myself feel better but after my interaction with the staff I would not recommend this gym.

Yup there are policies and rules, after all it is a business. But members appreciate the dedication of the staff!

I am a nurse and worked around the clock during the height of COVID-19. I was even out of work for 6 weeks sick with COVID. I had not been in this gym for 6 months and they send me to collections because I had auto-renewal. Called to explain and the lady did not care. Thoughtless management that lacks any integrity.

I can’t wait for a decent gym to be built in Lehigh. I settled for this bc it’s close to home. Equipment is really outdated, sauna is ALWAYS out of order every time I go, & pretty sure it’s haunted on top of all of that. Creepy stuff happens when you’re alone at night in that gym. Not worth the money, driving to fort Myers every day to have a better gym experience at planet fitness.

Inside the gym smelled like a dirty carpet and the showers where filthy. I'm glad I took a tour before committing to a membership!

Called to talk about how I was informed to cancel a membership is basically and told I was lying about what I was told. Then told them it was rude how I was spoken to and that I wouldn’t pay the back fees because I was told the wrong information over the phone and they continued to argue with me.

Decent gym, but don’t let them fool you with any month to month payment nonsense. Stopped going due to covid and they reported I owed them over $300 on my credit. They purposely make it difficult to cancel your membership so they can sell your account to a debt collector.

Outdated gym. Machines need to be upgraded or at least fix the broken ones. Some of them have been out of service for months. It's like the owners or manager don't even care since there is no more options around. Gym remains clean during weekdays, not the same on weekends which bathrooms are nasty and there is trash everywhere.

Sauna door doesn't close all the way. It will never get to 180 degrees. Broken machines. Hopefully the owner will fix these issues. Otherwise the gym is good.
