We had a clogged main drain we called about noon and Tyler was here by 2: 00pm. Tyler did an exceptional job explaining to us his procedure to unclog the drain along with recommendations on preventing future clogs.
Tyler was professional and very knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with Max Solon Plumbing and will use them again for any future needs.

Max and team helped us with a kitchen remodel. Max communicated super well and was very responsive, the pricing was reasonable / fair, and they completed the work on time and with no surprises. Pepe flushed out hot water heater, adjusted kitchen faucet, took note on estimate for new shower that was remodeled by someone else and stayed longer to repair minor leaks under the kitchen sink.

Had the pleasure of meeting Matthew Pearson yesterday to fix a shower faucet. He came well prepared with having me send a picture of the faucet to him so he didn't waste precious time or money. Came on time, no frustrating 6 hour window, and completed in under an hour. Well done Max Solon Plumbing, you are now my go to plumber!

We have used Max in the past to install our water heater and other issues. He was prompt, professional and fair. Recently Pepe came out to help with a leak and to install a new faucet. By far the best service and estimate. Can’t recommend them more.

I found our water heater leaking Saturday night. My husband was given Max’s number from a coworker and he squeezed us in today (Monday) for a complete replacement! We are grateful for Max’s prompt response and willingness to get us on the books so quickly. I have to also shout out Pepe! He did an amazing job with removing the gross busted water heater and installing the new one. He’s very knowledgeable and so polite. I feel relief knowing we now have a plumbing company we can trust. By the looks of previous reviews, others agree! Their magnet is already on the fridge for future projects.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Max Solon Plumbing for the first time. Upon calling I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Pepe, the technician sent by the company was prompt, professional and very courteous. The pressure issue in my kitchen faucet was quickly resolve for a fair price and a beautiful new faucet was installed. I will be calling Max for all my future plumbing needs!

I contacted Max via text at 9: 30 pm informing him about a leak that occurred with our toilet shut off valve when my husband was changing the flapper. He actually called immediately and talked with my husband and suggested a few things to try to see if the leak will stop. We got it down to just a drip where we felt comfortable leaving a basin there overnight. Max scheduled us to be serviced the next day ASAP. Todd and Cody showed up as expected, explained what they’re going to do, the cost of it and completed the job immediately. They were courteous and friendly and left the job site clean. I was very happy with the response we received from Max and his team. Before this, they also installed a Watts water softener in our house last year and it’s still working perfectly. Will definitely be using them again should future needs arise.

I called up Max he had Matt show up the next day to fix a drain pipe that had broken in my wall. The fix was to jackhammer the wall open and he was able to saw off the rusted drain pipe and replace it with PVC and a fernco for far less than I expected. They charge fair market prices but deliver top notch service. I would recommend these guys anyday.

Todd (plumber) was very detailed and did an excellent work, he took no shortcuts. I plan to use them in the future.

We hired them to remove old fixtures in our tub/shower and install new ones after we had our tub re-glazed. They were prompt, courteous, and very informative. They came out right before the tub was redone to remove the fixtures, then came back a week later to install the new ones. They informed me (when they came out to remove the old fixtures) I had bought the wrong type of fixtures for the tub and texted me options available at a big box store. Work was fast and professional. I will definitely be using them again!

Fixed a pervasive clog. Incredibly responsive and professional even with a (not their fault) follow up. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.
