Great Manager and staff. Spacious apartment, clean, quiet and safe. Downside bathroom needs to be updated, but other then that I love it!

This place is roach infested, with window a/c units that are extremely loud and leak through the living room. The pipes are always clogged and the neighborhood creeps gather together on the stairs and throw their cigarettes in the front yard. Let me not forget to mention the rude and unfriendly personality of Fernanda, the property manager. She takes no accountability for the condition of these apartment nor cares to address the sketchy people that hang around the apartment. If you care about peace of mind, security and comfort at your home, take your money elsewhere.

As a Realtor with over 40 years of real estate I expected much better service from Catherine from Maxima. She negotiated a 3 week lease for us at a property in Lauderdale by the Sea. Unfortunately, she didn’t have the authority to do so. She then found a rental house for us that looked great from the photos. When we asked to see it in person several times, she always had an excuse why it wouldn’t be possible. We signed the lease for it based on the pictures. She finally let us “peek” in the rear yard only to find that the landscaping had been removed, pool was dirty and in need of resurfacing and all the decks (which were to be restained) were gone! Catherine had said all this work would be completed prior to our occupancy. When we complained that the pool and yard were the reason we wanted the home, she unilaterally canceled our lease because we made her “feel uncomfortable”. We had paid our lease amount in full which she did refund. But, we had to find another rental with only 2 weeks lead time. Stay away from Maxima Booking!

I’m not recommending this place, since I was signed my lease one tenant say about the Parking. Today they towed my car ubicate in my parking space because they noy have the decal, I look around a lot cars not have the decal and guess pass. I hopefully I will move out soon

Waited for 1 hour for someone to show up to do the walk through after we moved out and all they kept saying was (we'll be there in 10 mins, we are on our way) and no one showed up, completely unprofessional and rude. Not even a sorry

I'm currently a tenant, never rent from these people. Fernanda is only good before you get a lease, then she becomes extremely unprofessional, slow, and really rude, especially when it comes to maintenance. She tells you someone will be there and no shows up till days after. Then when you call to find out why no one shows up she doesn't even apologize, she just says I"I will talk to maintenance", and then hangs up on you before you're done talking. She doesn't care if you have things to do, she'll let you sit there all day waiting and waiting. This happened to me MULTIPLE times in the 2 years I've lived here. Bottom line is the maintenance here is really slow, the emergency number does not get answered and the property manager Fernanda could care less to make it better. NEVER RENT FROM MAXIMA!

An amazing company! TAL is the absolute best! I’ve worked with her for 3 years. She is a sweetheart! Always kind and caring. Always there to answer any questions or deal with any issues. I would have been lost without her and Maxima. I highly recommend TAL and Maxima!

Unbelievable Customer Service
This organization is truly there for you, everything from managing your property, preparing your property to sell, to even dealing with any open permits that may affect the sale of your property. My contact. Tal Daniel was instrumental in helping me sell my duplex that had an open roofing permit from 20 years ago. She actively took care of this issue as I am a snowbird and was not in Florida at the time. They are able to find you renters through VRBO or AirBNB to even long term tenants. They take care of any property maintenance issues in a timely manner. I will never use any other organization again as they have exceeded my expectations.

I've been working with Maxima Property Management for a year now. They have been managing a four plex I own in Hollywood FL. My experience with them is absolutely great. I couldn't ask for a better management Team. Their response time is always quick, Everything from tenant placing, day to day operations and evictions are managed with the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have lived in a few different properties with a few different management companies and this is by far the absolute worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. First, you have to call 10 times to get someone to finally answer the phone. They are extremely rude. It took me a 2 months to get a lock for my backdoor. I had to follow up every single day after putting a request in to get anything done. If I waited a week to call after putting a request in they would say they have been trying to schedule one of there maintenance guys to come out. When finally threatening to call the property owner they would some how get someone over to fix the issues. This happened more than 10 times. I had to threaten to call the owner for anything to get done. All of the reviews on here must be fake because there is no way they have this high of a rating. And I actually know some are fake because a review left by one of there employees that I flagged for removal. I will live on the streets then give these people any money ever again. Lastly, they charged me 2 extra days of rent because I was busy moving a full house the last day of my rent which was a Saturday. They don't work on Sunday, the walkthrough was done on Monday and I was charged for Sunday and Monday. That was just a slap in the face.

If I could give half a star this is the company that would deserve it. Would not recommend this company to anyone, takes forever for anyone to come out and do anything to the house. Fernanda is one of the worst managers of the company, never answers a phone call or text. On final day make sure you are there when they say they will be there or you will be fined. Do not waste your time or money with these people. Pay more for a better management company!
