Max's Gourmet Bagels reviews
18Their bagels are pretty darn good. They've definitely gotten smaller over the years though. Everyone is very friendly, plus they have special bagel treats for your doggos
Dude, I freakin' LOVE Max's Bagels. I get the Maximum, almost every Saturday morning.
I love this place! The bagels are great! I get the maximum sandwich and I love it. The drive-through is so convenient wishing this place the upmost success you gotta come try!
Best bagels on Treasure Coast! They need more than 1 girl working front AND drive thru. Several people walked out.
Very tasty and fresh bagels, got the chicken salad on everything and it was excellent. The women behind the counter was very nice and quick. Will definitely be back
They were closing still gave us our bagel and treated extra special gave us bunch free bagel they were fresh but they would had thow way very nice people
In my opinion these are the best bagels for miles! I live in PSL but will often travel to this location for their amazing bagels! Worth the trip!
This is the closest to a New York bagel that I could find in Port St lucie, stuart or Jensen Beach area.
My first time there today. 2 poppy bagels, one of them with cream cheese. $6.00? And, doesn't anyone make fresh anymore? Cold like it just got thawed out. I'll go back to my usual shop @$1.50 per.
Never disappointed here. All these negative reviews from impatient folks who want fast food type service. Everything made by hand and to order. Quality is amazing!
Absolutely atrocious customer service, don’t even think about using the drive-in window, and even the bagels are kind of off, Done! Also overpriced!
Good bagels but the service is less than adequate. Apparently staff that are both helpful and friendly are in short supply.
Yes I bought two bacon and egg and cheese sandwich and one of them had a hair in it long black hair not a good thing
Max’s has been my GO TO PLACE for years, but lately I’ve been disappointed. Although they are my favorite tasting bagels around, they seem to be getting smaller (and they are small to begin with). I realize everything is more costly, but they have been raising their dozen prices to where I’m going to start looking around. Price is now $12.49 a (baker’s) dozen. A dollar each is too much. Sorry.
Went there for the first time today. The lady behind the counter was everything but welcoming and inviting bit decided to order anyway. When I picked up the receipt to sign a roach took off running under the register. It was gross, needless to say I won't be back.
The south location is so much better than the north location. We went there on a Sunday morning, and most of the bagels were the ones most people don't want. I also walked into the door because it "sticks". They have a door next to it but they keep it locked. After going to the south location, this place was a real disappointment.
Absolutely horrible we came through the drive through about 12: 35 12: 40 and were turned away even tho they don't close until 1. The Girl had long black hair when we called to see why we were being turned away they refused to answer the phone
Tried this location almost a year after being disappointed at the south location. Well they succeeded at delivering another failure. It's all in the photo; a smallish (compared to other bagel shops in town) bagel with minimal spread of cream cheese. Embarrassing that they think they served a great product. The price was max though so maybe that's what the name is all about.
