Max's Grille, Boca Raton FL

Very bad takeout experience. Ordered online and when it was supposed to be ready I showed up and they claimed they didn’t have order but then quickly realized they did have the order. Then it took a half hour for order except they forgot one of the items. So they couldn’t even get the order straight.
They did not offer any concessions for their multiple blunders. This is the second time I have had a subpar takeout experience.

Had a great night at my favorite place. Rachel was an awesome server, and we had a great evening and she contributed greatly! Highly recommend this restaurant and ask for Rachel.

Best steak I’ve had at a restaurant! Sat outside and listened to live music. Service was fantastic.

Went to dinner with the family. Ordered the french dip sandwich.
Pulled out of my mouth the longest hair I have ever seen. Grossed out the whole family. They comped me the sandwich and a piece of cake but my family stopped eating the rest of their food since they were completely grossed and it was a disgusting affair. I was charged a $109 plus I still gave a good tip since it wasn't the waiters fault but they should not have charged me anything. Not sure what to make of this but I will not eat there again. I have never had a hair in a good restaurant in Boca and I have been eating here for 35 years. I think 1 star is too generous.

Damon gave us 5 star service, the food was excellent! He recommended a lovely bottle of wine and a delicious butter cake desert.

You'd expect good meat from a grill restaurant but the 42$ skirt steak was so stiff my jaws hurted from chewing! Very disapointed and overpriced for the quality. Last time dining there

First time at Max’s in a few years, and I can’t wait to make it a regular spot for my girlfriend and I! Our server Rachel was unbelievable and very knowledgeable about the menu. Will be back often!

We were there at 9 pm. They said they only served drinks and their kitchen was closed. But the drinks were very nice. The environment is better.

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED Max's Grille. The ambiance was great - very good vibes - and the food was UNMATCHED! He got the bacon-wrapped meatloaf and I got the Thai tuna salad. Our server, Rachel, was so kind, fun, easy-going, and incredibly knowledgable about the menu! Overall best date night spot and we'll be frequenting Max's Grille often!

Why would you ruin such a great place with some lowlife rapper dj. Playing getto rap.people were amazed that management has no class or understanding of the crowd. Why to ruin holiday spirit

Visited for lunch, long wait times as expected for New Years Day, waitress was attentive and polite.lunch arrived a French dip for $22.00 that was a 4" club roll with rushed roast beef with a soggy roll.my daughters Nashville chicken sandwich $18.00 was two chicken strips with fresh pickles (same day flavorless type) they forgot the aoili. We were starving after waiting so long so we ate, it was edible but not good. Menu needs updating. Uninventful.

The menu is odd and does not have relatively normal choices. Food ordered was mediocre and nothing that I would ever order again. Simply because I would never return to this restaurant. Too many other restaurants in the surrounding area that are much, much better. Nice location area, Mizner Plaza, but suggest you try the other restaurants. In a word. Disappointed!

Dined here a handful of times over the past few years & it’s a favorite for my wife & I. Food is superb. Only had one service issue during one visit, but management took it quite seriously & communicated with me about my concerns immediately. Thanks for having one of South Floridas best restaurants & valuing your customer’s!

Had brunch today. Disappointed in the food. Salad that came on the was just fresh greens. Problem was salad dressing put on was extremely salty. I could not finish it because of the over salting. Quiche looked good but crust was dry and inedible. Veggies few in quiche. Coffee tasted old or like pot needed to be cleaned.
