Supermarket Maxx Foods reviews
7The best homemade (made in the store daily) tortillas in Lee County. Highly recommend them. My only place to buy them from now on.
There are three women in the kitchen who treat us very badly, I am a customer of 15 years and I don't deserve it, fix it.
Because my friend didn't speak Spanish they tried to double charge and not give the full order! The food was not fifo or definitely not properly handled! See I understood Spanish but speak very little! If someone did what happened to my friend and myself in a non Hispanic grocery store to a Latino man they would be calling Naacp! I just might be doing that! No body has the right to discriminate in the USA!
Horrible service. Cashiers are disrespectful. I have witnessed it a few times already. It is very sad to see a supermarket obviously meant for the hispanic community treating the hardworking lower income class with such disdain. The cashiers here are entitled and arrogant and as a hispanic customer myself, it saddens me to see this type of treatment. Do yourself a favor and get your hispanic products at walmart or some where else. This place does not deserve any of your business until they get their cashier staff in check.
The service is horrible. Cashiers are arrogant and disrespectful to customers. It is unfortunate because the majority of the clientele are undocumented Hispanic workers who have no choice but to accept this type of mistreatment. Ironic because it is obvious that half of the workers are undocumented. Something that should be more considerate with the Latino community. Rather, they are profiteers who verbally mistreat customers. They reason by saying, “if you don't like what you see, go somewhere else”. As a Latina personally, she received better treatment in American supermarkets than in this Latino supermarket, I dare say it, I felt discriminated against, by mistaken Latinas on their broken pedestals that even the registers don't work for. Don't give your money to this crap business.
Love the place.great beef they process in house.always quality. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Hidden in plain sight grocery store. Definitely worth the stop. They even have fresh hot cooked foods for lunch on the fly. The food smelled amazing! Great selection of herbs and products for creating your own teas. Which was the original reason for stopping in. Will be adding them to my regular shopping routine.
