May Management Services, St. Augustine FL

If your looking for a place that cares for the safety of their community, look no further May Management is it! I would highly recommend them. Their administration department is great. Working with Diana Gruber at Whisper Creek has been nothing less than amazing she is efficient and kind.

The gate at my community closes at 6pm currently and residents don’t have access to get in the community after 6pm. Read that sentence again. I’m serious. That’s actually happening. They changed the entry system without notification and nobody has access. May management is acting like it’s something they can solve when convenient to get someone out here. I’m actively not leaving my house at night because it’s unclear when I might be able to get back in. Could there be a worse management company out there? You can’t even get me access to my home?

Contacted Diana Gruber of May management regarding a needed sprinkler repair. I was very pleased to see such a quick response. The needed repairs were completed the same day.

We've had the pleasure working with May Management and their Team of professionals. We had a good experience, was treated well, and all their employees were very nice and such a pleasure to work with.

Simply put, they should not be in business. Communication is horrible. Stay away from these guys
