Took a relative here today. I’m assuming the medical care was good, but it stayed in the waiting room and I wanted to say how friendly the staff was- particularly RAUL- he took my relative back to the room, spoke to me a couple of times as he passed by and got me a warm blanket bc I was cold- told me that my relative was ready to go and brought her out. SO KIND!

A friendly and professional operation with a few additional frills like free soda and warm blankets. Staff was attentive, polite, and good at their jobs.

I finally had success after being hung up by CareSpot and Ascension. Totally professional. I got an x-ray and swab. I was told I had Covid and signs of Bronchitis, no Pneumonia. I was prescribed AMOXICILLIN/K CLAV for the Bronchitis. Since my vitals were good they did nothing for the COVID, just go home rest and Ibuprofen for discomfort.

Competent, fast and polite. Thanks Mayo!

I’m sitting in a hallway inside the ER hospital and I don’t get a room or a bed. I’ve been sitting here for over 3 hours. The entry process was fast but I’ve been here for over 4 hours, and not got results back. I think for someone in pain or discomfort this is not good care. The cost to be here is astronomical and to sit in a hard chair. Do better Mayo. I’d get the same treatment at any other hospital!

They wait on you right away. As soon as they can. Made me comfortable. Diagnosed with COVID-19. I received fluids, and pain medicine. Then I was sent home with meds to help me feel better. Both doctor, nurse, and anyone else who waited on me was very pleasant and nice.
I would definitely go back.

I would like to give a shout out to Jeremiah who's a volunteer in the emergency department. He made sure to help my sister's family and me comfortable while we waited for her

My husband was referred to this clinic because he has kidney failure and the Mayo Clinic is supposed to be the best clinic in Florida for transplants and other health issues. Well after seeing the physician to get him established and on the list for a transplant he was sent to the ER because for months he's had nausea and vomiting and stool issues and doctors have done nothing about it so all he can do is take nausea meds and Pepto Bismol. The ER as I can see is quick to discharge patients after swiping their insurance cards and making their money off them because they discharged my husband with instructions to seek care elsewhere as you can see on his discharge papers. You would expect more professional doctors at a clinic that claims to be the best. But this ER appeared to have inexperienced young people just starting out. The doctor herself was far too young to be anything other than a practitioner and didn't listen to us when we told her repeatedly about his nausea and vomiting. As you can see she didn't list it on his discharge papers therefore he wasn't evaluated for it. If you don't want to do your job and treat patients then you're in the wrong field. During my husband's meeting with his doctor for his kidney transplant I stated that I was willing to exchange a kidney if my own if they would find one for my husband. I am as healthy as a horse and couldn't get sick if I wanted to. They could ex and do tests on me to find out why to their advantage of treating patients but if they don't do their job I won't donate a single hair of my head.

The quality of care was a masterpiece in choreography. A well oiled machine, a work of art.
