Not only technicians, but true artists. I am very happy with Dr Mayoral’s help. She makes me look younger with her wisely placed injections. Plus she makes recommendations that provide outstanding results! A strong, interesting woman. I enjoy her company.

Unfortunately lost a $250 non refundable consultation fee because of multiple miscommunications with the front office. After an initial call to make my appointment, I was under the impression that I had 6 months to book a service after the appointment before loosing the deposit and that I could use it towards any procedure or service at the clinic. I was incorrect but no one corrected me when I clarified in my initial call or after my consult when I asked what types of facials they offer and if I could call back to book as I didn’t end up wanting any procedures discussed in my consult. Upon calling back 4 months later to book a facial before my “6 months” ran out, I was informed that it was 60days and that I couldn’t have used it towards a facial anyway, it had to be a procedure with the doctor.
If I had known that initially I wouldn’t have even made a consult at the time I did, until I really researched if I wanted to follow through with any procedures and in such a short time frame.

In short, the doctors are lovely but the office needs to ensure that their customers have a clear understanding of policies prior to booking and during consultation. I will not be returning.

My first visit with Dr. Merati went beyond my expectations. My sister recommended this office to me, as she has dealt with skin issues and had her skin improve significantly. Dr. Merati listened to my concerns, which a previous dermatologist had dismissed, and she prescribed me medication I was looking for. She was very kind and warm and made me feel comfortable. I will continue to visit this office for all future dermatology needs.

As alway Dr. Janelle Vega does an amazing job. Thank you again for your kind words and helpful suggestions.

I have seen Dr. Vega a few times and her work and attention to detail has kept me coming back.

Every appointment I have with her, she takes the time to listen and educate me. Every time getting me get closer to my desired results.

Let’s start with the positives, clean and spacious, lots of staff.
Now the negatives, I went in for Botox, I told them where I wanted it. The doctor then asked me if I gritted my teeth at night, I said no. She then asked me if I chewed a lot of gum. I said no. I knew where this was going so I didn’t ask why she was asking. She then tried to sell me me some Botox for my jaw. I’m ok with my jaw, don’t think I’ve ever even looked at it too much. So if you want a doctor to give you insecurities so they can make more money, here’s your place.
I also asked for my records the day of the consultation. Was told I would be given the records on the follow up appointment, since she might have to add more Botox that day. I understood. I came to the follow up appointment and asked for my records. Was told at the desk that it might take up to 30 days. I said, I’m already here, why can’t I get them?
Look, for the price tag of this pace you should be able to at least guarantee the records in three days, this place has enough staff.
Save yourself some money and get the same bad service for less money.

This is a 5 star practice, hands down. Dr. Vega is remarkable. I fly from The Bahamas and drive an hour to see her. I could easily go to dermatologists much closer in proximity but she is worth it without a question. The office is state of the art, the staff are all so very helpful and they know I travel to see her so they always make an extra effort to get me in based on my own travel. My skin was so bad when I started seeing Dr. Vega but she put me on the right skin care, medicines, did laser treatments and other cosmetic treatments and my skin improved drastically in 2.5 years. This team is professional and I would easily say they are experts in the field. Dr. Vega is worth every penny and I never worry about what she does and the outcome because it’s always spot on. I fully trust her and the results are NATURAL! She’s also extremely nice and very personable, takes her time and always engaging. I never feel rushed through like a factory. You get what you pay for. Proper care is never cheap but I’ve never left her office feeling unhappy, never. I could not recommend Mayoral Dermatology more.

The gold standard in dermatology and skin care. Absolutely love coming here and regularly recommend to my friends and family.
