Mayor's is being in Miami for 45 years or longer, they have manage to stay in business even do they sell full price & almost never have sale pices but they do have a large selection

Terrible service with E- Commerce!

I purchased a watch for my husband online for our anniversary. Once I got the watch on 12/25, someone emailed me from the virtual boutique department asking if there was a special occasion. I mention it was and the dates (12/18) They didn’t mention anything on the small window of return I had. I thought like every store, it was a 30day policy. No it’s 10 days. So now when I called Client Services this morning to ask how the return process goes they tell me I can only exchange the watch after 10days. I told them this was a gift I was not informed of this policy to please take that into consideration. I sent pictures to the e-commerce depart manager showing that watch is brand new and they still insist I can only exchange it. You think I want anything from Mayors after this? My husband doesn’t want it or any watch! The watch is in brand new conditions, just how they sent it. How to ruin my anniversary with this… nobody wants to help me! Never shopping with mayors again! Terrible e-commerce service!

My Vist got off to a poor start. I was waiting for a salesperson as they were all busy and some older lady walked in. And then the sales lady, who was just finishing, waited on her instead of me. Apparently, I was invisible because this lady looked like she was very wealthy.

It turned out well because I very much like the sales lady who waited on me. Unfortunately, they have to order the sizing link for my watch as they didn't have it in stock.

I recently purchased a watch at Mayors, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I just visited the store for the first time and I honestly felt like at home. The experience was fantastic, I had the pleasure to have Maria Cristina Cuenca as my sales associate, and I highly recommend her. She’s extremely knowledgeable about watches and really takes into consideration what the customer wants, she takes the time to really connect with the customer and help on finding them their dream watch. I highly recommend the store and Maria, I will be definitely coming back!

This is the worst store that I ever went, I’m a Rolex customer, and the staff there look at me like I’m nobody,
I ask for tje GMT master II, they don’t have any to show, I understood the lack of availability but 1 year on wait list?
I have the date just 41mm and the sales person told that I wait a month, and sales person told me because my watch is the Cheapest on their line. RIDICULOS

I was extremely satisfied with my most recent experience at the Mayors Jewlers at International Mall. With Karina’s assistance, I was able to purchase a Rolex Datejust 41 with a blue dial and fluted bezel. Karina who was very knowledgeable about the Rolex line also demonstrated great communication and patience which ultimately exceeded my expectations and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She is an asset to the brand and I will be sure to refer her to my family and friends for their future purchases. Im already looking forward to adding to my collection with her assistance.

Highly recommend Mayors at International mall. My wife and I recently purchased two Rolex and sales rep Cristina was nothing short of amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and great intrapersonal skills. Made us feel welcome and at home. Allowed us to make our own decision and was not pushy.

These people will give you service based on your look.
If you walk in wearing a $40,000 watch they will give you all the attention you want. If you’re not wearing expensive watch they will ignore you and tell you somebody will be right with you but have you stand around for 20 minutes like you don’t exist. Just because someone’s not wearing a watch doesn’t mean they can’t afford to buy one.

Please don’t let them fool you, most of the watches in the display case or actual working watches even though they’re marked “for exhibition only”
If the time is at 10: 10 and the second marker is slightly past the 30 mark there is no movement inside, if the watch is at a random time it’s a real working watch with a movement.

It’s amazing that Rolex doesn’t like resellers however they are creating a market by turning down customers with money that is the same color as everyone else is money. When you keep turning down customers that walk into a store they’re going to go elsewhere which is the gray market.
Yeah it’s a great business model not having stuff to sell for a customer walking into a store.

Karina has been my rep for over 15 years. She always come through for me on exquisite purchases and makes me feel like a number #1 client. I will continue to purchase from her at the store. Highly recommend her for hard to find pieces, ask for Karina.tell her I sent you!

I have to say that if you want to have the best experience buying a watch or jewelry, this is the Mayors to go to. Keidy my sales girl is amazing, very knowledgeable, guides you through the merchandise, very professional, and best of all she isn’t pushy at all, I think the experience is 80 % of the sale and she definitely made it the best.
Please ask for Keidy if you are in the market for a timepiece, you will not regret it.
