Most jewelry stores I have been into I've been treated like I didn't belong there. I walked into Mayor's and Nick answered every question I had enthusiasm. I left, came back in a month and bought my first Rolex. I will not go anywhere else for my second.

Went in to buy a Rolex for me and my wife for mother's day, was wearing cargo shorts, and a decent polo. Sales people didn't even acknowledge I was there. As they say in the movie Pretty Woman, big mistake fellas. Can't even believe this place is in business.

I had the pleasure of shopping with Jan Moscato yesterday. It was an outstanding experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I look forward to doing business with her soon. Thanks!

Working with Maria and Nick with my various purchases at this store has been nothing short of exceptional. They all operate as a team, and provide a first class, stress free experience. They aren’t pushy, handle all customers with respect, and they share their knowledge and passion of jewelry and watches whether you are just browsing or ready to buy. I’ve referred many personal friends to them as a result. A+ experience overall from this store and the staff.

World class service. I brought in my Rolex to have some links taken off when the watch master was not available. The manager kindly offered to do it himself and also made sure it fit perfectly on my wrist. He was extremely knowledgeable in all Rolex's and acted with the utmost professionalism.

Mayors Jewelers is the only store I would consider buying jewelry from. They're customer service is spectacular. Nicholas Squitieri has assisted us with all of our jewelry and Rolex purchases at Mayors. He is very courteous and professional!

Very nice jewelry store. It's expensive though. I took a watch in to get the battery replaced and it was $50.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! That was the last time I will ever purchase a Rolex from this company again.

Do not purchase from this store. Deceptive sales practices. Will say anything to make the sale.
Make sure all salesmen statements are supported in writing. Trust me!

I agree with some of these reviewers. The customer service in this store is the worst ever. They look people from they way they dressed up. They think if you dressed up badly, you cannot afford to buy Rolex watches. If you wear suit and tie, you have potential to buy watches. BAD BUSINESS! Well, I hope thay can change the way they do business, otherwise people will look other places to buy their watches or jewelry.

I was very happy to purchased my Rolex GMT Master II in Mayors.my sales associate Mr. Miller was very nice and professional, he patiently explains and answer all my questions on the watches, to help me pick the best one, great service!
