6 stars if I could. This team is incredible. On time, at budget, incredibly helpful and educational, everyone that we interacted with (and we had a lot done so it was a lot of people) were incredible and always on time…I cannot speak highly enough of the team and the QUALITY of what they did. Even every cable is labeled and in a perfect line which to me is incredibly important and highly valued. Hunter is THE BEST in this marine industry I am convinced. I’m a huge fanboy of Maz!

Marvelous folks with deep experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS) that are ever more common in yachts. These software systems rely upon various signals within software technology. Keeping systems efficient and reliable. Certainly, one of the few tech groups leading in service for tomorrow's app technologies.

The team at Maz went above and beyond to get me off the dock. With parts and labor being in short supply, they were able to someday locate an AIS unit and install it on my boat. Their price was more than reasonable, they were professional and quick. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area and beyond.

I want to commend Maz Ocean for the the work they have completed on “Willow, ” a rare Cabo Rico 42’ pilothouse cutter rig sailboat. This project included replacing all cockpit and pilothouse electronics, 2 auto-pilots, and the key components of the electrical system, including integrating 1760 W of solar panels.

Craig designed a system that brought the 2005 systems up to date with Victron, Garmin, Cortex and Simrad. Jonathan replaced the house, starter, and thruster 400 AH lead acid battery system, including charger, inverter, galvanic isolator, and wiring, with a complete integrated system from Victron Energy to ABYC standards. Jonathan’s wiring is literally a work of art and we could not be happier.

The new system started with a 1320 AH Lithium battery bank, Multi-Plus 3K inverter/charger, Smart Shunts, Lynx Distribution, DC to DC chargers, MPPT Solar Controllers, and integrated smart control systems to a Cerbo GX communications interface with Touch 50 controls.

Jonathan is a joy to work with, efficient, and a valued source of information and we look forward to the next phase of the project integrating sensors and remote cellular monitoring of all systems.

I have nothing but great things to say about Maz Ocean. We had Maz Ocean do our solar and lithium installation. They were meticulous, organized, clean and kept in great communication throughout the entire process. Their team was extremely professional and respectful while on board. When they ran into problems they communicated immediately and were honest on the situations that occurred. If you are reading this review and are in debate on what company to go with you shouldn't look any farther, Maz Ocean will take good care of your boat!

Max Ocean installs on time in the most professional manner. Most importantly there after service on any follow up is efficient and timely.

The Maz team did an amazing job upgrading my stereo system. The difference in sound quality and performance is unbelievable. I already have another project for them. Alex was very attentive. Tito helped load new charts and customize screens. Troy was very detailed and knowledgeable installing and educating me on the new system. Definitely recommend!

As a marine professional myself that values reputation, I continue to recommend Maz for whatever the job may be. Craig and his team provide a service second to none. These guys really know their stuff, especially with the electronics. We had them install a GOST security system, radar and stereo system. Excellent workmanship, attention to detail, kept the boat clean and offered great support. This team knows yachts very well and shares advice on all topics. Very professional at every level.

Best in class in everything they do. Creative solutions, accountable to complete the job, and fantastic support on the back end to make sure you have everything you need to run and support your solution. Had them install IridiumGo, WiFi, flatscreen tv, Apple TV, and a dishwasher. One stop shop - I made a phone call and they took care of everything after that. Hunter and Craig will take good care of you!

I first met Hunter and Maz Ocean years ago when they were in charge of a major A/V upgrade on the yacht I was hired to be captain.
Their deep knowledge and professionalism, but most important, the excellent customer care and their availability to always go the extra mile to get the customer happy, made them my first option when it comes to A/V projects.
