I can’t thank Wesley Chapel Mazda enough for the great service in purchasing my car. My salesperson Ana was very informative and walked me through the entire process with great patience. If you are searching for a car at Wesley Chapel ask for Ana!
Service department is a scam. No written estimate. Said brakes would be a couple hundred dollars. Then when it’s time to pick up vehicle, it’s $1100. There is NO WAY they told my daughter, a college student, it would be $1100. She can’t afford that and would have had to ask me about it first. And brakes for $1100? Every time you go there for any type of service, they find an issue, even when the car is only a year old. I think they need to make their vehicles better if there are this many issues. After I spoke with the manager they did take a little bit off, but it was still $885, way too much for brakes. It’s sad because I like Mazda cars, but I can’t trust their service department.
My service advisor Holwing and my service technician were both great and treated me with respect and made sure I understood what was wrong with my vehicle and what they were doing to fix it.
I appreciate the kindness that they both treated me with and how my technician made sure my car was safe to drive again when he gave it back to me!

We bought the Mazda CX30, and we got a good deal on the car.
Paperwork went quickly, which was a surprise as most dealers take a real long time until you do the paper work.

The Service department really sucks. Every time some goes wrong, they tell you it is your fault and you have to pay for the
replacement parts. One of the keys that came with the car does not work properly any more. They told me we broke it and Mazda
will not pay for a replacement. Mazda customer service told me the same thing.
Stay away from Mazda DO NOT BUY THIS CAR. I will never buy another Mazda, and tell everyone I know not to deal with this

I had an appointment with Mazda Wesley Chapel and when I arrived, I was told that it would take “hours” to get my oil changed because they had a lot of cars ahead of me. I asked why was I allowed to schedule an appointment then? The service rep repeated again that “there were a lot cars ahead of us”. I left as who has “hours “ to wait for a simple oil change? This was the second time I’ve used this dealership since they changed owners, and after today, I will never be back.
Scheduled oil change and tire rotation online. Arrived 30 mins early for appointment, told "it'd be awhile" for my previously scheduled appointment.took service writer 10 mins to find my appointment in his system, then asks me what I need (even though it was part of service request I filled out when making appointment). Not feeling confident about this service appointment
Elias Kiwan did an excellent job of finding a vehicle that fit our needs without the high pressure most car dealerships do.
Holwing made the process really smooth. He really knows how to make his members feel inclusive. Holwing was also very informative, thoroughly going the cars inspection with me. I will be back for more servicing!
Most fast & simple dealership to use to buy a vehicle! Literally in and out within an hour. We drove 1.5 hours to get here and Wesley Chapel Mazda did NOT disappoint. Our salesperson, Ana, was precise, friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The service department is atrocious. They wanted to "fix" everything that wasn't broken and the things that were broken that needed to be fixed didn't get fixed. I took the vehicle to another Mazda dealership and they said these guys were trying to shake us. Go somewhere else, these guys are schysters.

Had an awesome experience purchasing my new vehicle at Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Job well done by all, especially my salesman Jeysson Espinosa. Was on a Costco run with my wife, and I stopped at the dealership to show her the vehicle that I was interested in. Next thing we knew we were driving home in our new 2023 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. Horrible experience! To start off, I was lied by the GM. I called asking for a specific vehicle, and he said yes it’s in stock now, but was a lie. Wasted an hour trip for nothing. Then i had to deal with a pushy sales rep trying to sell me a car I didn’t want. Would not recommend this dealership at ALL!
I love how they keep you informed through the whole process and their service is great. You can't beat their prices. They are the best.
