The manager Ivy thinks she’s the prettiest woman in the world and will not hire any women that are prettier, smarter & sing better than her cuz she has an ugly soul and she’s jealous. She’s is fake af and pretend to be nice but she’s not, and she thinks she can sing but she sounds like a dying fish and she has a dog face. Ivy is the type of manager desperate & craving for attention, & if she thinks a girl will get more attention than her she won’t hire them. She will FAKE smile in your face and will try to sing over you at your audition if you look better and sing Better than her

My very first time here with my homegirl. These drinks are fire but they sneak up on you, from security to the ladies serving. Excellent service Corey at the bar will take care of you ladies. Great pre game place, or a place to catch a vibe or have a date night.

So getting here is a Maze in itself. But I have to say the whole MAZE theme is pretty cool.

It's a vibe, but for the price (which is ridiculous as it is downtown), the services was lack luster to say the least.

Let me share my impression of the Hookah Master Ruslan! He prepared a very delicious hookah for me, and it was just the right strength I needed. Ruslan demonstrated a high level of skill, and I was pleased with his professionalism. Moreover, he left a lasting impression when he shared interesting stories and recommendations. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you want to enjoy an excellent hookah and quality service!

Interesting atmosphere a lot of Russians, doing karaoke in the back.

Drinks were hell of expensive.

Lack of customer service for sure. On top of that they will charge you extra 50% without even asking.

Beautiful lounge, and the hookah was good as well. However, we were a party of 2 and were charged $20 for still water, and a 23% service charge that we were not advised of previously. Had i know this information, we would’ve left. Our bill was $263 for a hookah, and 4 drinks. We didn’t even eat.

Probably the hottest place in Miami right now. Fernando at the bar will surprise you if you are brave enough to try his amazing creations.

Was given a whole tour by the hostess Carribean. Very high level of service! Owner was present and greeting guests. One of the few places where you really feel welcomed. Great cocktails, salted caramel old fashioned

Beautiful lounge! Finally a decent Karaoke place in Downtown! Very delicious cocktails, deserts and hookah! Sounds system is dope! Great atmosphere and music!

Amazing hookah! So far the best smoke in town: smooth, rich and ALOT of clouds!
Hookah itself looked like a piece of art - honestly i’d pay more for it)
