They will get your order wrong and then to fix their mistake they will charge you the shipping both ways. I have been doing business with them for 10 + years and they don't take resposibility for thier mistakes. It's completely unacceptable.

MBS has the best products and pricing for anything that needs to stand off a wall. If you don't get the information in the catalog or online tutorials, just call em, they will walk you thru it.

Story for the day.

A couple of days ago, I had a customer in a rush for some panels that needed stand offs on them. I ordered them thru MBS, and had them send them to the customer overnight.
Well, I guess I didn't order soon enough to make the overnight ship out time, or they didn't see it.bottom line: it didn't go out overnight. They (MBS) called me the next day. (they could have just sent me an email) and told me it didn't go out overnight.

I was thinking no biggie - just send it when you can and charge me for regular UPS or Fedx.

Nope. Since my customer was close to their warehouse, they drove it over to them. WOW. I asked, "So you took it upon yourself to personally deliver this order? " Yep. Boy, I didn't expect that.

So. We have always ordered from MBS, but they just got a beyond loyal customer and advocate for MBS forever.

Try them, you will be glad you did.

Jessica @ MBS is the best she helped me with returning a wrong ordered item and she went out of her way to send out the correct standoffs on a day I was out in the field and didn’t have computer access that is how customer service is supposed to be! Recommend MBS standoffs to everyone
