Never believe this company. They steal your money without providing any service. They never sent me a contract, they put my name as if it were a signature and they stole almost 10 thousand dollars from my account and they don't want to give it back. Never trust. They are terrible, they do absolutely nothing and they exist to take money from small businesses. Stay away!

Stay away from this company! They are liars they will not help you in any way and will just take your money. They are professionals at lying, deceiving and taking your money.stay away from these guys!

Scam! These guys tell you they’ll negotiate your loan down till you pay penny’s on the dollar. Which is a lie when they finally settled with my one of my creditors it was for way more than I owed in the first place. All the money they held for negotiating with the MCAs they kept and I ended up 10x worse than when I started with them. They got me for $17K and ran me out of business.

Great company, that not only saved my business, they kept me sane through the whole process. How much is peace of mind worth? Everyone was so helpful, honest and compassionate. Follow their advice and everything will work out in the end. Highly recommended!

After COVID, our company was struggling and became vulnerable to predatory lenders. Before we knew it we had 3 loans, insane payments and interest charges, and were thinking we would have to close the door and file for bankruptcy. Then we found MCA Resolve. With their guidance and legal advice, we finally saw light at the end of the tunnel. Our case manager, Ben Dinov, and his team were constantly available to us to answer every question we had and their weekly updates and check-ins were invaluable, giving us peace of mind and allowing us to sleep again at night. They were able to negotiate settlements with every predatory lender for a fraction of what we owed. We are still in business and getting stronger everyday and we owe it to MCA. We cannot recommend MCA resolve any higher.

I had high hopes with this company at first. I was drowning in merchant cash advances and MCA Resolve and their team of "experts" said they would reduce my overall debt by 40% and reach settlements with the 3 creditors I owed. I signed a contract to make weekly payments for a year to MCA Resolve to handle my accounts and they would also provide legal service. A year and some months later, I made all payments to MCA Resolve plus a few months extra and apparently they only settled with one creditor! I was then told that I would have to make 8 more months of weekly payments to settle the other 2 accounts, which means that they did not reduce my debt at all as promised. The creditor they said they settled with has been harassing me to show proof that they were settled with and MCA Resolve has not given me any form of proof other than stating in emails that the company had been paid if full. After questioning the terms of the contract, MCA Resolve has closed my account and said that I could settle with the other two creditors myself! This company is just as bad as the loan sharks themselves! Do not recommend!

Before MCA Resolve, we spent a lot of time barely treading water and losing to the grip of MCA debts. I honestly did not think we had any options and was terrified for our future. I took a call with MCA Resolve and it was hands down been the best decision we made for our business.

The process is clear. I am not going to say that it is comfortable all the time with debts piling up, but that fact remains that following the process and trusting in the guidance from our paralegal, Shyla, has been much more comfortable than shutting our doors. Life has a crazy way of teaching you lessons. This is one that never ben repeated and I did not know how vulnerable I was until we were eye balls deep.

A shout out to Ben Dinov for helping me with a couple cash advances I was unable to keep up with. He restructured both saving me thousands of dollars. MCA RESOLVE has been a great experience for me the.thier customer service is outstanding always there to answer questions and after a year we are totally out of these loans they negotiated, and they saved me so much money and heart ache because of the seamless process i would recommend them to anyone who is overwhelmed with merchant loans or daily or weekly or monthly payments.

They are not BBB accredited for a reason. They want to avoid any accountability. They will take your money and never resolve anything Crooks-Crooks-crooks

I decided to back out after my welcome call, but got talked back into staying in the program by their supervisor. I was able to negotiate settlements on my own and told them I wanted a refund 10 days after signing their contract and allowing them to debit $1,500 from my account, but was told that I only had 5 days to reconsider and that they would not refund the money. They did absolutely nothing for me - we hadn't even gotten started with anything - so I think this company is a total scam with no integrity. They act like the MCAs are only out to take advantage of you and that they are there to help, but in reality, they are ones who took advantage of me. I can't pay my rent now. They are MONSTERS!

The team at MCA Resolve were wonderful. I appreciated their knowledge, frequent updates and patience while assisting us in their program. Very thoughtful team!

I can not speak more highly of Malka.

However, I do have an issue with information not being able to be gotten. One - I know what I am paying on my debt. Two - I have no clue what I have paid MCA. Three - I have no idea if MCA financially helped me or I should stayed my course. MCA did not negotiate the rate down like they implied they could. Again this is not on Malka.
