By far the best place to grab a sandwich on this side of town. Always nice customer service and look at the view from the parking garage attached!

The staff was Great I enjoyed my experience. My spud was smoking hot and my mom enjoyed the new steak and white cheddar sandwich.

DISGUSTING! An employee requested to have this for a corporate lunch, I placed the order online, never received. Upon calling about the missing order the GM screamed at me told me to contact the 3rd party? I ordered from Mccallisterdeli.com! Not a 3rd party. 3 weeks later still not received a refund and holding up my expense report because of their lack of structure and failed operations. I will never recommend this dysfunctional restaurant. Imagine the food you're consuming from degenerates that run this place.

Food is typically great, but this location provides a consistently frustrating ordering experience. The amount of times I've gone to order online through GrubHub or even their own first party app and been unable due to the location closing intake of orders or odd hours is staggering.

Got the most violent food poisoning from their chicken Caesar salad wrap yesterday could not hold water down and will likely need medical treatment tomorrow for dehydration

Food was delicious. Parking was horrible. I don't pay to park at a restaurant. I wasn't driving but if I had been I would have left. My first time eating at a McAlister's and I will go again but at location with parking.

Always enjoy stopping by to grab a sandwich. This place never disappoints and is very delicious. Healthier than most restaurants around with fair prices.

I always give a place 3 chances. These people have the inability to serve customers in a timely manner. Right now I ordered the loaded bake potato in attempts to avoid the usual delay. I ordered it at 7: 23pm. My boyfriend had to go to the counter to get it. He is already finished with his meal. It is now 8: 03pm. Smh. All 3 times they did this. I won't be back.

Great sandwiches. I had the french dip and it was really good. Good service as well. Nice staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I ordered online and it was ready and fresh! On top of that, I enjoyed the friendly banter with the young lady working the counter. It was a quick interaction, but I left feeling good. I’ll be back.

I've always enjoyed McAlisters. The salads are so fresh and huge! I had the Memphian sandwich today. The bread was soft and yummy. It was a nice change on a cool day. Great iced tea.

There were 3 parties at the counter waiting to place an order and no one was at the register. Everyone was in the kitchen goofing off with each other and oblivious to the waiting customers.

Even worse, I was sitting in the private room in the back, and it is infested with gnats. There is nothing quite as appetizing as swatting bugs off of your food.

I ordered a Ruben and did not have enough corned beef on it and I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup I got half of container of soup

I was pretty disappointed in this place. The club sandwich I got was less than mediocre, I can make a better sandwich at home. I like fresh hot fries with cold sandwiches (chips only). I would stick with Wright's Gourmet House

The GM I think she is, is so rude and unwelcoming and spoke to her employees like dirt while she stood there not doing anything but bossing everyone around in a rude manner. She had her hair up with a dark grey hoodie and her nose pierced. Very rude woman

Was good food finally decided to give a second chance after the first was a terrible experience
