Manny actually came out, from behind the counter, sat down, & took the time to explain how each medication worked, as well as when, and how to take them.
He answered my many questions, both there at the pharmacy, as well as by phone. Then when I called another time, on visit I would be making to Florida from Virginia, see my doctor Maria even dropped my medications off at the doctor’s office, just to save me an extra stop after the long trip. WHO does this anymore? Plus MCare prices are fantastic, so much cheaper than any other pharmacy. I want a Manny and Maria in Virginia!

I always get a courtesy call well before my prescription needs to be refilled. It's always a preson, never an automated system. It's usually from Maria who is always so friendly and helpful.

Manni and Maria at MCare Pharmacy have been compounding medication for me for two years now. They are without a doubt the most professional, caring, personable, friendly, and wonderful human and pet medicine compounding pharmacy I have ever worked with. Let me tell you a specific story to let you know how incredible they are, so that you will fully comprehend that there is no one else you should ever go to.
My 12 year old little dog has full-blown canine cognitive dysfunction or dog dementia. I had been getting her dog dementia medication from a nationally recognized compounding pharmacy located in another state for over a year. My dog, at the time she started her dementia medicine, was completely lost to me. She had no more personality, she got lost in corners and cabinet spaces, and paced 24 hours a day when she wasn't sleeping. She no longer knew who I was or family.it was horrible. I cried everyday. The medicine I was getting from this National Pharmacy was barely making a difference and then it started smelling like acetone nail polish remover. For months I fought and fought with that National Pharmacy, trying to get them to pay attention to me, telling them there was something wrong with her medicine. Supposedly they checked it out and they kept coming back telling me it was fine, it was fine, no worries, but the medicine kept smelling like nail polish remover. I was terrified that I was slowly poisoning my dog to death. Then I remembered about MCare Pharmacy. I called them in tears and told them the situation. Manni and Maria, so full of compassion, asked all the questions that were needed to be asked plus a whole lot more. They bought medicine that was needed, certain capsules that they would need and promised me that they would make the best compounded medicine they could for my little dog Pixel. They were able to get it ready for me within days. Once I started my Pixel on this new medicine, things started to change for her. Within a month she went from being a 12 year old dog who barely recognized the family and who was barely managed with the old medicine, to a full-blown puppy again! She was playing every day! She woke up in the morning rolling on her back with Glee, smiling all the time, running out of bed in the mornings and immediately grabbing toys to play with, annoying her little sisters wanting to play more than they wanted to (and they are much younger than her). It was a complete 180 degree difference than how she had been before she got this medication from MCare Pharmacy. As I write this review in tears of joy again, I will be forever grateful that I have MCare Pharmacy in my area to make medicine for my little dog as well as making medicine for me and my family. I promise you that they are the best choice for compounding medicine for Pinellas County and abroad. And even if you don't need compounding medication, I promise you that they will take excellent care of your family for any of your Pharmacy needs. Mcare is very customer oriented. The personnel are very helpful and knowledgable. Prescriptions are very quickly delivered. I always look forward to working with them.

Walgreens and CVS could learn from Maria on how to service their cutomers. Always friendly and prompt.

I did Ketamine IV Therapy this past February and am now taking Ketamine Lozenges each night. I went to Mcare Compounding Pharmacy and couldn’t be happier. With all of this being new to me I was scared and confused and Manny is incredible! I would call him very often to get advice and he would spend so much time with me on the phone and even asked me at times if I wanted to come there so he could talk me through it and calm me down. A true genuine, caring person. I have spoken to my Dr three times in total and never got any help or answers. Manny is the only one I reach out to when I have a fear or question. He even told me to take a specific vitamin and it helped me tremendously. All I can say is TOP NOTCH!

Wonderful people, perfect customer service and the attention to detail and their care is absolutely impeccable. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Please try them if you're looking for a compounding pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy! Great care was taken when filling my prescription, which was actually for my pet bunny. They created a liquid version of the medication she needed and even made it marshmallow flavored for her! They are a very kind pharmacy who really cares.

Needed a specialized compound refill from previous provider, contacted MCare a year later, got the info and same reasonable price! With the cost of everything becoming astronomical, feels good supporting a intrical small business in the community that also is helping me stay healthy and hold the bottom line.

Mcare is by far the best pharmacy I have had the pleasure of interacting with in my medical journey. They have always been friendly and super helpful. They answer any questions I have had in a way I can understand it and seem to genuinely care about you. Even though I pray for a day I won't need their services, I am so glad to have them. Manny is such a great person and patiently answers all my questions. Oh, and the courier service! As someone who can not drive because of my disability I am soooo thankful for the courier service. They bring my medication to my house and take that stress off my mind. They call you every refill to make sure everything is good before filling your prescription or charging your card.
