I should have called here first and get my clear plastic retainers, they don’t use the gooey thing to press on your teeth to make a mold for the retainer, they scan you than make 4 pairs of clear plastic retainers for $990. The mold ones at other offices are $550 per pair

Wish we can go over 5 stars. 5 star is not enough to express my gratitude with the staff in this office. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out this was the BEST experience I have ever had at a doctors office. The doctors the staff everyone is so welcoming, caring and in such a great mood. Seems like everyone who works here love their job. I highly recommend this Orthodontist and if I had a great experience can imagine how great they are with kids.

We have been so pleased with McCranels and all the staff there! They have made my children feel comfortable and done a great job getting them through wearing braces!

We were an outside patient and they took us right in after we called and fixed my daughter right up, no charge, and were amazing about it. So friendly and nice.

Dr McCranels is an outstanding orthodontist! My son had an accident this weekend where his tooth was loose and the braces bent. I've never seen a more caring doctor, he saw him at 8: 00pm at night and treated him like family. His work and his staff are truly the best!

This is such an awesome group of orthodontists - absolutely go here if you live in or near West Palm Beach. I went to a few orthodontists beforehand to get different opinions about Invisalign. McCranels was quick and efficient while also taking the time to answer all of my questions. They did not make me feel rushed or pushed into any decisions. I trust their experience and guidance knowing that they have their patients best interest in mind. I'm really happy I waited to find the best orthodontist in the area before making such a big decision and purchase.
