McDonald's, South Miami Heights FL

I was there for the morning deal, i tried to switch the bacon for sausage due to my allergy of bacon. The manager Maricy was rude and said that it wasn't allowed but seeing as i have done this at this store before. Maricy was very unprofessional and out of uniform, no name tag, un-tucked shirt, etc. I would liked to be contacted about this situation.

The only person I see that works soo hard her name is Jennifer I don't know her last name I believe she is a manager, she is a great leader and knows how treat the customers.

I have lost count on the complaints. But I guess they have improved with customer service and food. At the beginning McDonald’s on Eureka and 115.was.well I will just say WOW. They have made it a long way with improvement.

They gave me the wrong order I had to get back in line to have it fix and they gave me the wrong order again. Apparently they don't like to listen

I hate how this place is set up. Ordered from the machine. Manager still manages to screw up.my order. After I teach him how to count. He passes my order to an employee. Who touch my bacon with his hands. Never AGAIN. I Eat here every morning. This is nasty

They took forever to make the order and on top of that they started to give people who ordered after me and when I asked they had forgotten my order. And when I asked about my order the ladies who worked there gave me attitude.

The whole staff including the managers need to be retrained in customer service. They simply do not care about anything. Poor customer service. If you eat in they do not bring the food to your seat. They talk more than they work. One of the worst locations I've been to.

This McDonald's is always busy. It always has a line. Considering this, they do pretty well. The worst part is the wait, but that isn't their fault.

Not a McDonald's fan, only go for coffee and they can't even get that right. They can't keep employees apparently as every time I go they're all new.

A woman called " mommy " is the best of all. Sweet and did her job well. I'm most likely coming there cuz of her. Thanks to her for making a happy customer.

The experience was horrible i asked if there was hot sauce in the bag the lady at the window said yeah to two time rudely when i got home no hot sauce she was acting like she got pay for the sauce bad customer service wont return back

Worse service ever, ice cream machine always broken. Slowest McDonalds ever. They should replace all employees and management

Onelle was rude and i didn't understand what she was saying. She should learn English. But shouldn't work at McDonald's scaring customers away

Great food, clean place, nice staff janitor very polite and very helpful with direction I think his name was Stefan a white man we will definitely go back to eat there

Worseee location ever. -0 on customer service. I ordered a number 6 with an ice turttle coffe waited over 10 minutes for my food after repeating myself several times that i was missing the food and then the guy that took my order had the nerve to tell me that i didnt request the coffe. I also ordered a happy meal for my daughter and guess what the apple juice was missing too. Yall need to get yall s*** together and learn how to do yall job

My biggest takeaway from this particular franchise of McDonald's is that it is possible to have an army of zombie like homeless people crowding your car while you're ordering food, and have the restaurant management act like this is normal. Also at least midnight the food is really underwhelming. Be advised that this review is based on night time purchases I'm sure it's just a subpar McDonald's during the day and not a nightmarish one.

Placed 6 different orders, almost 50 dollars worth of food and when I asked for one bbq sauce per order they said I had to pay for the sauces, I would've given 0 stars if I had the choice
