McDonald's, Kissimmee FL

Ridiculously slow. We got there before another vehicle but they got their order taken before ours. And this is after someone had started to take our order. They told us to hold on and took the other person's order. My husband spoke into the intercom and they told us to wait twice before the emplyee decided to finish taking our order.

We sat in drive thru for an hour getting our food. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible. The staff was rude. I would NOT recommend McDonalds. Get better.

Been in line for about an hour and just now got to order. One car gets served about every 5 minutes. The line is this long every night, so it's not like they don't anticipate this much business every night. Pretty inexplicable how slow they are.

Worse place i have ever been! Repeated my order like 5 6 times and still got it wrong. Will Never Go Back

Can only say this McDonald's was one of the poorest ones I have ever been to! Made our order on the screen for take out, watched our order be put onto a tray then left there for 10 minutes. Then to be given the tray of food, explained it was for take out for the attendant to just watch him slowly put it all into a bag. Then when we got back to our house the cheese burgers had no cheese on but was in a cheeseburger wrapper. The big mac looked like stevie wonder had thrown it together from across the room my fries were basically just half a box and to top it all off it was all freezing cold. Coming from the UK we are usually quite understanding but this is a very poor level of service and the majority of the staff is just stood about doing nothing?
Management would be a suggestion.

We had to wait 10 mon for anyone to even show up to take our order.cashier mumbled and barely spoke english, tho we asked her what she said repeatedly she didnt speak any louder.we asked repeatedly for the double cheeseburger to have no ketchup mustard or pickles and it came as normal.fries were cold.after waiting so long for cashier to even show up we didnt have time to wait around and didnt find out this was wrong until we brought it back to our hotel.just over all poor experience

The food was cold didn't taste good I got a stomach ache from the food. My daughters Burger was so burn she didn't eat it. I've been to other McDonald's and there food is better than this place

Shocking service. Food was late and stale. 6 pieces of chicken were 5. The staff were smirking and giggling when we complained. They really couldn't have cared less! Never again.

Make the drive to another McDs. The prices here are crazy high and different than what you see on their drive through menu. The service is terrible and the place looks so dirty inside.

I rarely go to McDonalds, but this is the ONLY McDonalds in the area that is actually quick in the drive through. Same expectation in service and food. Nothing over the top. I just get chicken nuggets.

Incredibly slow experience. Don't use mobile ordering with inside pickup. They just ignore you and prioritize the other orders. This seems to be the case with every McDonald's, but here they were obnoxiously slow. Only giving 2 stars because the food wasn't bad after it finally appeared (after speaking to the staff twice).

Need to take control of your parking lot. If there are designated spots for mobile ordering customers, they should not be occupied by regular customers that are going into the restaurant.

Staff is very ignorant. They shorted me a drink and a meal. I went back with receipt. And no help. So I just bought another for my child. Don't go here. There are other McDonald's in the area.

Sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes behind another customer. The customer ahead of them had just placed an order. The ones in front of us finally got out and walked to the window and they were told that one doesn't work. Then the light went out. It was working perfectly fine! If it really wasn't working they should have sent someone out to let the line of people know instead of letting people sit there.

Possibly the worst mcdonalds we've ever been to, 45 minute wait for food and then the they forgot half the order

Drive through was a bit long But hey the fruit smoothie was worth the wait in the searing Florida heat!

The drive thru is pretty quick here, which is has become a sticky point for many McDonald's. Classic MCD. Always consistent Cokes. Be sure to check out the McDonald's app for deals!

Terrible. Toilets unusable (filthy), eating area dirty. Service unbearably slow. Came for fast food. Skip this dive; hit Five Guys.

Ordered 1 happy meal via mobile order, and once i checked in it took almost 20 minutes before they brought my food.

Well this morning I order a coffee and I waited 15 min too long made me late for work not happy
